This one hour virtual health coaching session is perfect for women of all ages who want to learn how to best support their hormones. From adrenal fatigue and high blood sugar to fertility concerns, stress, anxiety, and thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances are at the root of many underlying issues. Learn to restore balance by making holistic shifts to your nutrition and lifestyle. By the end of this health coaching session you will have a deeper understanding on how your hormones work, how to balance your hormones through nurtition and lifesyle changes, and what steps to take to reach your specific health goal.
What to expect: -1:1 virtual one hour health coaching session -Worksheet with information on lifesytle & nurtition tips for balancing hormones will be sent to you -You will have the floor to discuss any health concerns you have regarding your hormones -I will provide specific lifestyle & nutrition recommendations for you -If you are interested, ending our session with a short meditation or breathing exerciese is optional -After our session I will send you a recipe to try along with some additional resources so you can stay accountable to maintaining balanced hormones
