Description
What to Expect: For the duration of 6 months we will meet virtually two times a month (every other week) to discuss your health struggles, your goals, progress, obstacles and concerns. Viewing your health holistically, we will focus on all aspects of your life (relationships, career, finances, home enviroment, home cooking, as well as your daily lifestyle and nutrition habits) because there are many areas that might be effecting your health. This program is 6 months long so that my client has time to really dive into the root cause of their concerns. They will discover challenges that come up throughout 6 months and we will discuss how to manage those challenges while staying on the course to feeling happier and healthier. By the end of this program you will have created a new health and wellness routine to add into your life which will lead to sustainable changes. Clients will gain a deeper understanding of what their body needs to feel it’s best.
You will Receive:
- A total of 12 (1 hour) health coaching sessions
- After each session I will send you custumized recipes, grocery store lists, specicifc lifestyle & nutrition recommendations
- Additional resources based on your health goals
- I will be available in between sessions for any questions or concerns and to hold you accountable
- Private yoga & meditation classes if desired
