I’m a wife and mother of four. I am a writer, intuitive mentor, and healer. I love reading, creative journaling, listening to music, and eating delicious food. My most prized credential is my life experience. I have lived with anxiety and depression, been in abusive relationships, have a child in addiction recovery, and have experienced trauma and loss. Through writing, meditation, reading, nutrition, movement, surrender, and my strong commitment to my healing journey, I have learned to consistently nurture myself, in turn nurturing my inner child and calming my inner critic. My purpose is to mentor women as they commit to their healing journey. I believe that healing is not the hard part. It's making and keeping the commitment to self that can be hard. As an intuitive mentor and healer, I want to make that part a little easier for others!
