As many renowned physicists have proven, everything in the material world is made up of an energetic frequency. This includes out very own body -- or should I say, bodies. Each of these bodies exists across multiple dimensions, each one corresponding to its own plane/dimension of existence.

Dimensions are often viewed as different spaces in time, and although they are different planes, they exist simultaneously. I equate the existence of the dimensions to that of Russian nesting dolls. To understand the energetic body, we must first understand how energy operates. 

At its most core form, the Universe itself, is energy, an energy known as consciousness. This consciousness is infinite, limitless and exists everywhere, all at once. 

This energy, or consciousness, exists in different dimensional planes that can be equated to reaching different "levels" of awareness. Think, Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, which is based off the quantum physics model of inter-dimensional energy, and the ascension of your consciousness. 

In the Universe, there are twelve dimensions of consciousness, with the most macrocosmic being the twelfth, and the most microcosmic being the first. The twelfth dimension is the dimension of Source, it is the dimension that most people refer to as God, or the Universe. Souls all over the Earth come from these higher dimensions, often from the fifth, seventh, eighth or ninth and as their Soul enters the physical body, they bring with them their energy bodies. 

Although it may seem confusing at first, there are life forms, planets and other beings who live beyond the third dimension, in the cosmos. In fact you had incarnations in those higher dimensions before you came to Earth (you can read more about this here). Regardless of the fact that this information has been more or less hidden from the general population for the last few millennia, being that you are a Soul in a human body, and you have energy bodies, you have the innate ability to access your higher consciousness, by going through an awakening and energetically clearing your physical and energy bodies.

What does this mean exactly? 

Accessing higher consciousness means to tap into one's own higher-self (intuition/Soul). Just like you are doing now, hearing your own voice in your head, narrating these words to you, this is your own fifth dimensional consciousness speaking. 

When we work to access higher dimensions of consciousness as humans, we will only be able to reach as far as we have ascended in prior lifetimes (both on and off the planet). This is because our Souls move into incarnated into this more dense plane of existence to then go through the awakening process, remember where they come from (cosmically) and evolve back into the higher dimension with more knowledge and mastery. 

For example, a Soul who has incarnated in past lives, awakened and attained the seventh dimension of consciousness, will return to Earth in this life, with the goal of ascending to the eighth dimension (on a Soul level). This will come with spiritual lessons, the necessity of going through the awakening process again in this lifetime and reaching new levels of enlightenment (which is a constant journey) in this human experience. 

This means that as humans, we can beautifully and easily connect with out higher-dimensional selves once we learn the correct tools do so. Read my article about how to hear and tap into your intuition here. 

Doing so involves becoming aware of your chakras and your energy bodies (also known as your auric field). 

**Chakras: the Energetic Pathways 
**

Each chakra connects to a different dimensional plane of consciousness, and has its own auric/energy body. These are essentially the "doors" to opening the pathways and channels within your own being that connect you to the higher dimensions. 

In the Western world, it is typical to work off the basis that there are seven chakras, in the body, and this is generally true. However there are technically hundreds of chakras that each relate to different organs, and systems in the body, each of which will relate back to one of these seven main chakras. There are also two chakras that connect you to the Earth (the Earth Star chakra) and a chakra that connect you to your Soul essence (the Soul Star chakra). 

The Earth Star Chakra
The Earth Star Chakra is located at the soles of the feet. The function of this chakra is that it tethers you to this planet for this incarnation, at this particular space in time. To keep this chakra cleansed and balanced, it's important to ground yourself frequently, through meditation, time in nature, or walking barefoot on grass/dirt. Any activity that connects you to Mother Earth will cleanse and rebalance this chakra and make your incarnation in this more dense and physical body enjoyable and easy. 

The Soul Star Chakra 
The Soul Star Chakra, located in the highest dimension you previously achieved before this incarnation. It is connected to you by an energetic cord that can never be severed. This chakra's function is to connect you back to your original Source. It is your highest self, guiding you and sharing wisdom with you so that you can complete the lessons you came here to learn, and step into your higher purpose. To keep this chakra balanced and cleansed it's important to meditate frequently and spend time sitting in silence to more deeply connect with your mind. Journaling is really helpful for anyone struggling with a crowded mind. It's also important that your Crown and Third Eye chakras are well balanced so that you can hear and interpret the messages of your Soul Star/highest self. 

The following seven chakras are the chakras you have within your physical body and that connect with your energy bodies/auric field. 

**Crown Chakra
**

This chakra is located at the crown of your head (top of the skull) and is your connection to the divine realm. This is where you will receive higher, channeled wisdom and information pertaining to your own life, and for mediums, the lives of others. 

The Crown Chakra is related to the casual body in the auric field.

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves quiet, meditation and adequate rest (of all kinds). To learn more about the seven types of rest you need to be your most high-vibrational/spiritual self, listen to my podcast on it here. 

Foods that help balance this chakra are nuts/seeds, cauliflower, eggplant, eggs, chicken, fish, milk, coconut, yogurt, passionfruit and black rice.  

**Third Eye Chakra
**

This chakra is located between your eyebrows in the centre of your forehead and gives you the ability to see higher truth. It is often referred to as the seat of your intuition because it permits you to see clearly and objectively, rather than emotionally and subjectively. Your Third Eye is what you use to visualize, dream at night and manifest/quantum leap. 

The Third Eye Chakra is related to the cosmic/celestial body in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves allowing yourself time to disconnect from the digital world and make time for planning, dreaming and visualizing about the life you desire living. Meditation and journaling are the top activities that help balance this chakra, and more specifically sound healing. Foods that help balance this chakra are walnuts, blueberries, blue corn, concord grapes, star anise, lemons, raw cacao and goji berries.  

**Throat Chakra 
**

This chakra is located in the same place as your thyroid, the centre of your throat and is what helps you to express yourself authentically - who you are not who you pretend to be. Accessing and embodying the energy of this chakra moves you into a fifth-dimensional way of being, and it is precisely the frequency in which the human collective and Earth is moving into. Here, the qualities of honesty, transparency, authenticity and expression are of utmost importance and focus. 

The Throat Chakra is related to the etheric template in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves finding ways to effectively express who you truly are. Letting go of the limitations and expectations that people and society place on you and allowing yourself to move at the beat of your own drum. Activities that help balance this energy body and chakra are singing, dancing, Soulful movement (such as Yoga), chanting, and having honest and deep conversations with like-minded people.

Foods that help balance this chakra are primarily fluids, such as herbal teas, soups, coconut water, water, and fruits that are grown on trees (such as apples).  

**Heart Chakra
**

This chakra is located in the centre of your chest, right behind the breast bone and is the bridge from your lower-dimensional (more dense) self into your higher-dimensional (more spiritual) self. This chakra is what helps you transmute pain, trauma (even intergenerational and past-life) and helps you to move into a state of pure, unconditional love. It is the chakra that every human being will have to move through to release the dominance of ego and move into the fifth dimensional realm of expression and spiritual embodiment.

The Heart Chakra is related to the astral body in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves doing shadow work, healing your limiting beliefs, past pains and allowing yourself to be loved and to love unconditionally. This doesn't mean to not have boundaries though, so make sure you read more about health heart chakra balance in my article here. 

Foods that help balance this energy body and chakra are kale, avocado, kiwi, peas, green apples, spirulina, matcha, broccoli, spinach, celery and cucumber.  

**Solar Plexus Chakra 
**

This chakra is located in your gut, approximately two inches from the centre point of your ribs/end of your chest and up to four inches above our belly button. This is the chakra and energy body that the major of the human collective is living in, to which some are choosing to move out of by going through their awakening. The Solar Plexus is related to your sense of identity (key word sense), your ego, confidence and empowerment (or lack thereof). It is the consciousness of your human mind.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is related to the mental body in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves getting to know your ego (through meditation or journaling) and why you think certain thoughts, have certain beliefs and view the world in a certain way. The best way to do this is to connect with your ego in a meditation that I've curated based on my own experiencing transcending this chakra several years ago. Foods that help balance this energy body and chakra are pineapple, lemon, corn, whole grains, rye, barley, spelt, farro and sprouted grains.  

**Sacral Chakra 
**

This chakra is located around your belly button and lower abdomen (think uterus area) and is responsible for your emotions, inner child, creative and pleasure. This chakra has been heavily neglected in the human experience, due to the dominance of ego in the human condition. It is also the part of our being that stores memories into our subconscious that result in self-limiting or self-defeating beliefs and behaviours to become habitual. 

The Sacral Chakra is related to the emotional body in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves getting to know your inner child, which you can do with my free meditation here, as well as tapping into your creativity, and allowing yourself to enjoy life. This is all bout taking time to play, to balance life between work and leisure, and to also allow yourself to have a healthy relationship with sex. 

Foods that help balance this energy body and chakra are sweet potato, oranges, peaches, apricots, orange pepper, turmeric, carrots and salmon.  

**Root Chakra
**

This chakra is located in the curl of your spine and is responsible for your survival as well as feelings of safety and security. It holds your maternal/ancestral patterns that often need to be unlearned to move out of limitation, including your financial beliefs and habits. 

The Root Chakra is related to the etheric body in the auric field. 

Balancing this energy body and chakra involves healing your nervous system, getting out of the fight-or-flight response that the majority of humans are stuck in, due to all the various social traumas, social pressure and the constant stress and lack of inner connection. Activities that help ground this chakra are journaling, nature walks, yoga, grounding meditations and taking self-inventory on your limiting beliefs/bad habits. 

Foods that help balance this energy body and chakra are tomatoes, berries, beats, radishes, red onion, pomegranate, red pepper and paprika.  

**The Auric Bodies
**

As mentioned, these bodies are your energy bodies and they make up your auric field. The more clear they are, the more expansive your auric body is. The more cluttered they are (due to repressed emotions, unhealed energy, misalignment etc) the more dense it feels. In the latter experience, a lot of people refer to this as feeling heavy like they have weight on them, when in reality, the weight they are feeling is the density of their auric field. 

Below you'll read about what each auric body does and where it is located within your auric field. 

**Casual Body 
**

Vibrates up to 3.5-4 feet away from the skin; is the seventh dimensional realm of consciousness that the human can tap into. This is their unified, Soul-self. 

Affirmation for this body:* "I am one with the all"*

**Celestial Body 
**

Vibrates up to 2-3 feet away from the skin; is the sixth dimensional realm of consciousness that the human can tap into. This is where one released duality and sees the infinite and objective perspectives of consciousness. 

Affirmation for this body: *"I am attuned to higher consciousness, I see clearly" *

**Etheric Template
**

Vibrates up to 1.5-2 feet away from the skin; is this fifth dimensional realm of consciousness that the human can tap into. This is where one lives, expresses and communicates authentically, aligned to their higher purpose and through unconditional love. 

Affirmation for this body:* "I am free to be" *

**Astral Body 
**

Vibrates up to 6-12inches away from the skin; is the fourth dimensional realm of consciousness the human can tap into and is the body in which one uses to travel through their dreams and in their sleep. Is also the body in which sleep paralysis can occur, when one does not know how to consciously operate this body. This body is where one begins to heal across dimensions and allows themselves to be open to giving and receiving unconditional love, and move away from limiting patterns and beliefs in the human experience. 

Affirmation for this body: *"I am an open channel of Divine Love" *

**Mental Body 
**

Vibrates up to 3-8 inches away from the skin; is the third dimensional realm of consciousness that the majority of humans are "stuck" in, unless they choose to awaken. This is where one has an awareness that they are their own individual and can make their own choices (free will) but where they also feel limited to some degree, because they are looking outside themselves for approval and direction. Moving out of the mental body is imperative to have a more spiritual, expansive and limitless experience in life. 

Affirmation for this body:* "I am aware of myself and my power" *

**Emotional Body 
**

Vibrates up to 3 inches away from the skin; is the second dimensional realm of consciousness that the human possesses and is responsible for the emotional well-being (or illness) of the individual. This is the inner child, and is precisely what allows us to experience emotions, pleasure and creativity, it is also the most neglected body in the entire human.

Affirmation for this body:* "I live through the flow of my feelings" *

**Etheric Body 
**

Vibrates up to 1 inch away from the skin; is the first dimensional realm of consciousness that the human experiences when they are a fetus, and moves out of upon birth. This is where ones survival instincts reside: such as fight-or-flight, or subconscious processes such as eating, bathing, elimination etc. 

Affirmation for this body: *"I am rooted in life and in myself"*

**Physical Body 
**

And of course, we can't forget the physical body that you're living and operating in. This is what makes you humans, whereas the other bodies are your Soul's energy rearranging itself so you can be human. 

Affirmation for this body:* "I am human" *

Chakras & the Auric Bodies: Why Energy Healing Is So Important

1. Questioning Society: You’re starting to doubt what you’ve been taught by others and society & the expectations of you. For some, this manifests as not feeling connected to taking a traditional school/career path, for others it’s that their beliefs about how the world operates start to shift, and for some it encompasses many/all areas of life.
2. Feeling Disconnected: You feel disconnected from your life or your body. Everything feels strange and distant, almost as if you’re living in a fake world. This is what is known in psychology as dissociation and derealization. It can be really challenging because what is happening is you are becoming more aware of your. human experience from a Soul’s perspective and there’s a grounding or integration process that needs to occur throughout your awakening for this to dissipate. (Disclaimer: please seek medical attention if symptoms persist or seem unmanageable/life-threatening).
3. Déjà Vu: You’re experiencing a lot of déjà vu, synchronicities (like angel numbers) and you notice the symbolism in your dreams. Déjà vu is a common phenomenon that usually people experience at least once in their lives. During an awakening, however, it seems to ramp up. Déjà vu is what my Soul has explained to me as “golden nuggets.” It’s like these little milestones your Soul (you) planned out before you came to Earth, and arriving at these milestones is like a checkpoint in conscious awareness that you remember when it happens - that’s why it feels like it’s happened before (it did… when you planned it pre-incarnation). 
4. Questioning the Meaning of Life: You’re beginning to question the meaning of your life or human existence in general. You want to know why we’re in this life, on this random (but not random at all) rock in the middle of space. 5. Relationship Changes: The dynamics of your relationships are changing. Often this can be the falling away of certain relationships, or a feeling of needing distance from certain people. You may feel like you no longer connect with people in the same way, as your interests are changing and deepening. In other words, surface level conversation and connections feel unbearable. 
6. Over-sensitivity/Overstimulation: You’re feeling really sensitive, or feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated, especially around others and in busy environments because your extrasensory perception is increasing. This is normal and can be curbed with frequent meditation or more time alone/in quiet environments.
7. Heightened Intuition: You feel more connected to your intuition, even if it doesn’t make sense at first. You’re getting more gut feelings, chills as confirmations for things, insightful dreams etc. Welcome these intuitive hits, they’ll make sense when they’re meant to. 
8. Hermit Phase: You want to spend more time a lone (but also might resist this and use over socializing as an avoidance strategy). You’re feeling guided to shut the world out and limit the amount of social noise in your life. This is because you’re becoming a new version of yourself (your higher self) and the only way to do this authentically is to not have feedback or input from the outside world.
9. You Feel Like Something’s Missing: You feel like there’s more to your life than what you’ve been experiencing. You want to understand why you came to the planet, what your purpose is and how to connect more deeply with your Soul. 10. Connecting with or Finding More Like-minded People: You find guides in the collective, or more people who have gone through or are going through their Spiritual Awakenings. They just seem to pop into your path. Use discernment with this - not everyone in the spiritual community has good intentions - trust those gut feelings and know your Soul Tribe will find you. 
11. Body Aches: Your body is in light pain, or feeling achy. This is normal as stagnant energy is moving through your body thanks to your Kundalini energy rising. Take it easy when it comes to strenuous exercise and do movements that feel good. Stretching and daily yoga are incredibly helpful to help release this stagnant energy. 12. High Anxiety: Your anxiety is heightened as a result of a big life-changing process that can feel scary or overwhelming. You might be the only person you know going through this process, although thankfully, an awakening is quite common now that you’ll be able to connect with people who have gone through it as well. Know that your life is your own to live and it doesn’t matter what people think of your process to becoming the best version of you. 13. New Habits: You find it easier to change your habits because you know nothing will change if you don’t change. To get started on this, make a list of three things you want to improve in your life. Then reflect on how the future version of you has gone about making those changes. Start small, and be consistent. That’s what makes big change over time. 
14. Ascension Flu: You experience cold-like symptoms that may or may not develop into a full blown illness. This can come along with heart palpitations, headache, stuffed nose, light cough and even a fever. The difference with this and a regular cold is you can psychically sense it coming on and it is usually accompanied with the emotional release of past wounds or limiting belief systems. 
15. Dietary Changes: You have food aversions/cravings. Most commonly, this usually presents as feeling turned-off by animal products, although this isn’t usually a permanent shift. High intake of fruits and vegetables is extremely helpful as they are light foods. Above all else, eat a balanced diet and feel free to give into some of those cravings.
16. Letting Go: You’re willing to let go of all that doesn’t serve you not matter how painful it is (and boy it is painful). This may involve certain relationships, jobs, habits, behaviours and even belief systems. You might also feel inclined to do a major purge/cleansing of your physical environment - think spring cleaning. 
17. Change in Your Relationship with Death: You’ve stopped fearing death because you know there’s more to life than this experience. You feel more connected to the Spirit Realm and although you aren’t ready to leave this life, you know that the inevitable finality of it will be peaceful. 18. Global Perception Changes: Your world view has completed shifted. You have a deeper understanding to the inner workings of the systems (both helpful and unhelpful) on that planet. You understand that not everything is as it seems and you’re beginning to understand your power to create your own reality. 
19. Change in Energy Levels: Your energy levels are changing and so is your sleep schedule (it’s common to be really tired at the beginning of an awakening). You may feel like staying up later and sleeping more in the day, or like you just need more sleep overall. Your body is changing on a genetic and cellular level - get rest and let it happen. 
20. Releasing Toxicity: An aversion to negative people or toxic environments. Not to be confused with not wanting to feel negative emotions - all emotions are part of the human experience. This is more related to people, relationships, or experiences that are inherently toxic or abusive. You’ll find yourself being naturally guided away from these experiences because being alone is better than being around the wrong people.
21. Acceptance: You stop trying to change people, situations and experiences and accept them as they are. You recognize that you can only change yourself and your own life and you stop trying to get control over things that you’ll never have control over. You find a sense of inner peace with this and trusting that the Universe has your back and is guiding you toward your ultimately fulfillment. 
22. Trust: You let the Universe guide you, your own intuition and internal compass and you’ve stopped looking for external approval on how to best live your life.

Expanding Through the Dimensions of Consciousness

We’ve all had those moments where our guts have screamed to get away from someone before we knew why, or our hearts have fluttered at a stranger we just seem to recognize. More so, most people have experienced an innate feeling, a calling, that there’s more to their life than meets the eye. They felt called to change up their life path, to defy societal standards and do something differently. The commonality between all these experiences, these universal nudges, is that they all come from one place — intuition. 

The innate communication mechanism of the Soul is intuition. Often speaking through the body, an emotional feeling, and for some, through informational downloads that come in as quickly as the speed of light. As Spiritual Beings in human bodies, we are all tapped into this communication system, to one degree or another. The problem is that so many people have spent their lives ignoring this internal compass rather than developing it. 

This is foreign to me, not only as someone who has been spiritually connected her entire life, but just as a human, who recognizes that communication is the one of the first things we develop as growing children. Yet, despite this truth, developing our own internal communication system with our very own Soul is not something that is wildly known in Western society, nor is it encouraged to be developed. 

Awareness of how (and why) humans have been led to complete inner disconnection is helpful to lay a foundational understanding of what has been occurring to our species and the planet. However, for the purposes of developing your intuition, and learning how to hear it clearly, there is no productivity in focusing on the dark history of humanity’s spiritual oppression. Our time here is better spent teaching you how to hear and tap into your internal communication system with five simple questions: Who, Where, When, What, Why and How.
Who has intuition?

Everyone has intuition. Every human being walking this planet is a Soul who chose to come here to experience a very unique experience of incarnation.

Your Soul is the larger part of your essence, existing not only within you but within several other dimensions that you may not see or experience until your Spiritual Awakening. These dimensions of your higher self (Soul) are deeply connected to your auric bodies, or aura, that surrounds your physical body, which means at all times, both within your body and mind, and around you, you are connected to and surrounded by your Soul essence. 
Where does intuition come from?

Your intuition comes from you, the Soul, who is temporarily occupying the human body you live in and identify as your current self. 

As a Soul you are deeply connected to a network or team of other Souls, who are commonly referred to as your Spirit Guides or Spirit Team, and so sometimes you will receive these intuitive nudges from your Soul, other times from your team of Guides. 

At its core, intuition is the Universal intelligence that lives within your Soul, and all Souls, that communicates with you and moves through you, regardless of the form you choose to take (aka human or Spirit form).
When does intuition come through?

There are many instances intuition can come through for you. For some, like spiritual energy healers, mediums and psychics, intuition never shuts off. This comes with both practice over many lifetimes as well as its own challenges whilst navigating the human experience. 

Others will hear their intuition in moments of potential threat - we’ve all seen that one guy at the bar who might not be doing anything inherently wrong or weird but we all just know to stay away from him… Just to find out later in the week he did something horrible that night to someone.

It might also come through in moments where, as much as you want to make one decision, you feel deeply guided to make the opposite choice. 

I remember when it came time for me to choose which university I wanted to go to in my senior year of high school. I wanted so badly to go to school across the country. I’d been accepted into the highest ranked school for my program with a small scholarship, and it was in a province I loved when I visited. Yet, something was telling me to go to the university that most people from my hometown go to. Sure, they were offering a better scholarship, but I really didn’t feel like it was going to be the best place for me. But, with this nudge, I decided to go anyways. Six months after arriving, I met my twin flame, through a mutual friend who I’d gone to high school with. This catalyzed my awakening, and ultimately allowed me the course of action that would lead me to what I do today — guide the collective awakening, write books and articles and own my own business. 

The point here, is that sometimes intuition steers us in a direction to avoid a problem, to ensure a divine path is taken, and is almost always speaking to us to fulfil our deepest dreams and desires. Even though it doesn’t always make sense at first. 
What does intuition sound like? 

Intuition comes through in many ways, most often through the four different channels we refer to as mediumship clairs. You don’t have to be a medium to tap into or access these clairs, in fact, all mediumship refers to is the full activation of these energetic communication channels, but they are the very channels that all intuition comes through. And they are innate to all beings. 

**Clairsentience/Clear-feeling
**

This is the type of intuition most people are familiar with - it’s the gut feeling, either in your lower or higher stomach, as well as in your heart. 

When your intuition speaks through this clair, it might feel unsettling at first, and you might struggle with determining if it’s speaking positively or giving you a warning sign. So here’s how to tell the difference:

Firstly, it’s important to note that anxiety can also manifest in this centre, and anxiety is not intuition. To tell the difference, check out my post on the differences here. 
Butterflies 

This is that tingly feeling in the lower of your stomach, think, around your belly button. Usually this is the most common feeling that gets mixed up with anxiety. When this comes through it’s your body telling you that your nervous system is aroused by something. This can be positive or negative. 

If it’s positive, you’re going to feel light energies surrounding the situation/person/experience. (Yes, even if you're anxious, you’re going to be able to sense that you’re being anxious). 

If it’s negative, and more of a warning sign, you’re going to feel a density in your stomach, one that might be associated with nausea or just an overall heaviness around your body. Again, anxiety can cause nausea as well so it’s important to also pay attention to all the circumstances surrounding when this gut feeling comes in. 

For example: 

The cute guy at the grocery store who is so cute he gives you butterflies, and you feel all blushed and excited - it’s a good sign, you got excited, someone piqued your interest.

The random guy at the bar who is really hot but there’s this nauseating feeling in your stomach that has you feeling like you shouldn’t go up to him. This is a warning sign, there’s something about this guy that your Soul really wants you to avoid. 

These feelings might feel similar, but the vibration that comes along with the tingly sensation is either going to feel light (positive) or dense/heavy (negative).
Gut Feelings (in the higher-stomach) 

These gut feelings might also come in your upper stomach, as a deep, strong knowing, as if there’s some sort of energetic presence in your gut that is signalling to you some sort of divine information. Often this times feeling will come during a situation when there’s something more than meets the eye. The Divine, or your Soul is trying to remind you of something your Soul sees very clearly that may be illogical, or slightly incomprehensible to you, the human mind. 

For example: 

You’re taking a multiple choice test and you have no idea what the answer is, but in your stomach you just feel like B is the answer, even though you think logically, it should be A. You follow your gut and put down B, and it turns out, that was the correct answer. 

Often, I find this knowing just comes as a strong sense of confidence in simply just feeling that something is either right or wrong, but it’s also possible to experience it as a “gut-drop” which usually comes along with some type of unfortunate news or understanding - something that rocks you.

**Clairvoyance/Clear-seeing
**

These are often psychic experiences that people will have before an event occurs. They are most often seen in the mind’s eye (inside the mind) rather than externally with your eyes. 

Your intuition will often speak to your through this means when they want to give you a glimpse of a future event or you need to visually solve a problem. For some people, they can intuitively see the paths and routes they need to take to get to a location in a city they’ve never been before. 

This can also come as seeing an answer you’ve been searching for, literally spelled out in the mind. 

Clear-seeing will also be present when there is a higher truth your Soul desires to show you. You will be able to sense when someone is being untruthful, if there’s more to a given story, or fact, or teaching, and in this experience you might even receive the truth of the matter through claircognizance (see below). 

**Clairaudience/Clear-hearing
**

This intuitive communication method is, to me personally, one of the most interesting. It’s when your Soul uses the environment around you, including other people’s conversations, media and music to convey messages to you. 

You might experience clear-hearing when you’re walking down the street wondering if you should take that new job that was offered to you; and while you have that thought you walk by two people talking and one of them loudly exclaims YES! This is your Soul nudging you, using the environment around you to help receive their guidance. 

My favourite way to experience clear-hearing is most definitely through music. There are countless times I have been writing, or channeling for a client and a song has come on that validates what I’ve just received in my mind, sometimes even in the exact moment that I write out or speak the thought, the lyrics are detailed exactly to what came through. 

Clear-hearing is also used when people are giving advice, you might hear the same advice several times, but that one time you hear it from someone specific, it feels different -  like something inside of you clicks this time. It is because your human mind is in alignment to understand what your Soul has been saying repeatedly to you through other people - you have become ready to receive the message. 

This intuitive communication method will also provide you deeper understanding the words people are saying simply by their inflexions and tone of voice, as well as their body language. If you’ve ever been texting someone and sensed their energy shift and their words coming across differently, you’ve already intuited through a combination of clear-hearing and clear-feeling. 

**Claircognizance/Clear-knowing 
**

Arguably the hardest clair to logically justify, or even begin explaining to others, is claircognizance. It is simply the clear knowing of any given situation, person, or piece of information. 

This has been my dominant clair since before I could even form words, and because it is so complex I’m going to use my own childhood example to explain how clear-knowing might come through:

When I was nearly 3-years-old I was at my babysitters, and I was standing in front of the door that led to the back yard. If you were to come in from the outside from this door, to the right you’d immediately see the stairs that went to the basement of the house. I remember standing in front of the door, and in complete and coherent sentences, I heard a voice in my mind say “I probably shouldn’t stand here, I might get hurt if someone comes through the door.” This sentence, first of all, was not something my toddler-mind could even conceptualize nor could it formulate it in the speed that it had come through. It gets weirder, the moment the phrase ended in my mind, one of the parents opened the door and it flung me down the stairs. I remember tumbling and I also remember being mid tumble halfway down the stairs thinking (from my Souls perspective) “ouch this really hurts the body.” 

This entire experience was an intuitive moment that, although uncommon and unheard of, was a common experience for me, experiencing my higher self (and what I know now as my core self and just who I am). 

What I’ve come to understand about this type of intuition is that it comes in quicker than the speed of light. By the time it takes the conscious mind to form one conscious word-thought, the Soul can download an entire concept and paragraph of information to the mind, resulting in a clear knowing. 

In terms of common experiences of clear-knowing, I’ve most often seen my clients experience this when they think something right before someone says it, or they think of a song and then it comes on. Clear-knowing can be psychic, predicting something that is about to happen, but it’s also important to note that it can be retro-cognitive, meaning someone can know something about the past that they otherwise (in human terms) shouldn’t have knowledge of. More often than not, the information received through clear-knowing will be things the person “shouldn’t” or “couldn’t” otherwise understand, know or have access to. 

**Why does intuition come through?
**

Intuition comes through for many reasons, although most people only seem to recognize it when they’re being warned by something, which is one of the reasons it does. 

The Divine, or your Soul is always trying to keep you on the most optimal timeline, and in your highest alignment, and sometimes this means steering you away from a particular person, situation, place, or experience. 

But the truth is, your intuition is always speaking to you, you just might not be hearing it. Humans are so concerned with their physical environment, the things they can see, hear and touch with their physical senses. They get caught up on the logical and what makes sense with what they are observing in their physical reality, but often times, intuition is not going to validated the physical experience until much later. 

Intuition occurs so that you can begin understand, and see that you are much more deeply connected to the unknown, and unseen forces at work in your life, than the seen and known. 
How do you trust your intuition? 

Hearing your intuition is one thing, that takes time, quiet and a willingness to develop. Trusting it, is the second and most important part of the Divine equation. 

There’s a saying intuitives and mediums say a lot: *“trust your intuition before it makes sense.” *

Overtime, the known materializes, it doesn’t matter if this known is coming from your Soul or from your ego. It will materialize. Intuitive knowings might take time to show up in the physical, but at some point or another you’re going to understand why you followed your gut with something, or… why you should have. 


The only thing that keeps humans in a state of distrust with their intuition is their intangible need to have all the answers so they can have control. Neither of these things will ever be possible. We, as a human species, living in the most dense form available in the entire Galaxy, will never have all the answers. We very well may find a few good ones, or maybe even a lot, it’s all relative. But we will never have all the answers because there are answers to questions in this Universe that the human mind cannot even begin to conceptualize let alone comprehend and apply to their lives. Some are truthfully irrelevant to the human experience as well. We will also never have full control over anything in life. The most we as humans can control is two things: 

1. how we view the material manifestations in our lives
2. what we subconsciously project to manifest in the material world

The latter, is where control meets intuition, because the same part of the brain that is responsible for everything you physically manifest in your reality, is also where your intuition speaks most loudly: the subconscious mind. 

Although intuition and belief systems occupy the subconscious in two different ways, your subconscious beliefs are what create your physical world. If you become conscious of the subconscious you will gain a deeper understanding of your self, and what you continue to create in your life. Thus you will gain control, but not in the sense of controlling what happens in your life, but rather what you consciously create and how you consciously choose to react to the events in your physical life. 

Intuition speaks through the subconscious mind as well, it is receiving unconscious information and trying to push it forward to the conscious mind - in essence, it is the part of you that is most deeply connected to your Soul. Relaying this information to you only becomes misinterpreted when your conscious mind tries to apply logic to it or if there are subconscious belief systems that block your ability to trust yourself. Once the ego’s need for logic and the release of limiting subconscious beliefs occur, you will hear and trust your intuition without question, simply knowing that one day, it will make sense. And usually, that day comes sooner than your ego might anticipate, you simply must release the need to know, for it to appear. 

Although it is all easier said than done, hearing and trusting your intuition is something that takes devotion. You must fully devote to yourself, to understanding your inner limitations, your negatively-skewed perceptions, and allow for deep inner healing to take place. The more you continue to heal and readjust your thought patterns, to expand your beliefs to become limitless, the more you will hear your intuition and overtime, the more it will make sense. 

How to Hear & Trust Your Intuition

Being human is one of the most interesting experiences available to us as Souls. Many of us have chosen to come to Earth several times, despite having no memory of it. Some are even here for a final time as they achieve their final goals of expansion and become what is known as an Earth graduate. Regardless of where you’re at in your Earth journey as a Soul, there is no doubt that this planet offers a unique, one-of-a kind incarnation experience. 

One of the most mind-blowing aspects of living on Earth is that the human experience is an extremely mental game. You choose to come here, and then you come and you completely forget…everything. You spend lifetimes processing, growing, learning, hurting and expanding so that over time you can fully remember who your Soul is, and how you got here to begin with. This is the purpose of Earth incarnations - a little (or long) journey of incarnating on a planet that causes you to forget yourself, just to see how long, and what kind of events will wake you up. This forgetfulness of who you truly are, is the mental game. 

Waking up on Earth is something that in today’s age, is actually becoming quite common. We have the Great Awakening to thank for this. Many Souls who have incarnated during this time are Souls who have entered a realm of mastery after all their incarnations on Earth and even for those who have come for the first time (often the Rainbow Wave of Starseeds) have come with immense spiritual gifts, insight and awareness to the truths of this mental game. 

This mental game has been an immense focus in the last few decades. Scientifically speaking, there is a huge emphasis on the role of the brain and the mind in the lives we live. We already know that we’re living in a matrix that is a direct reflection of our subconscious and collective beliefs, but the real advancements have been the studies of the mind and Soul relating to mental health - or, mental illness for that matter. 

Where Western Medicine is so quick to say that everything comes from the brain and the mind, Eastern Medicine and Spiritualists who are deeply connected with their Soul recognize that everything has an energetic origin point - and energy is the Soul. 

Only recently has the conversation surrounding gut, emotional baseline and energetic health become a focus of discussion when it comes to dis-ease and disorder, especially for ones of mood and mind. 

A key component of energetic health that is also slowly being talked about are the chakras, and at a more focal point, the heart. Both the physical, beating heart sitting caged in the protection of your ribcage, but also your heart centre - your fourth chakra. 
The Heart as Your Life Force

The fourth chakra (heart chakra) is the mid-point energy centre that connects your lower (physical-being) chakras, and your higher (spiritual-being) chakras. The heart acts as a bridge that connects these lower and higher dimensions permitting you a more clear understanding of yourself, the world, and the Universe as a whole. In this truth, it is arguably the most important chakra to have activated, and to be tuned into. And with that, comes the potential of the deepest levels of healing you can ever endure as a human being.

So what does that feel like? 

Being tapped into your heart chakra will have you so deeply connected to love, unconditional, pure, rapturous love. You will feel love and compassion and empathy for all of creation, all people, all experiences, all the while maintaining healthy boundaries that protect you against toxicity, being used/walked all over and over giving. The heart centre will call you into a rhythm of perfect dance with the Universe. 

When this energy centre is in a state of malfunction, you’re going to place conditions on love, towards your self and others. You might even find that you’re looking towards others to fill voids within yourself that you haven’t yet found a way to mend. You may even give to people because you believe this will guarantee their love and loyalty to you. All of these behaviours reflect a wounding the chakras beneath the heart that have disrupted the flow of energy to the heart, where it would become healed and transmuted into the highest level of love. 

Because of the heart’s role with unconditional love, wisdom, and transmutation, is to be fairly considered the life force of our energetic being because unconditional love if the energetic code (or frequency) of the entire Universe. And just as physically, our heart beat is what keeps our brain operating, our blood flowing, and yes even our mind thinking, our energetic heart (4th chakra) is responsible for the distribution of energy throughout our energy bodies and spiritual being. The significance of the heart is proven through the beginning of our very own creation: it is why it is the first organ to be created when we are but a clump of cells growing within the womb of our mothers. The heart is our life force, yet it is the most neglected and undermined energy centre of the human being. 

Humans have dominantly become mental-beings, a level of consciousness that is derived from the third energy centre (or dimension), known as the solar plexus. With our understanding that the heart is the life force, sitting in the 4th dimensional centre of our being, we could then understand that to be strictly mentally-focused beings would mean that we have not tapped into our life-force. In this essence, we may exist, but we are simultaneously deprived of life. 

When we live as solely mental beings, we go completely…mental. We forget that there is more to experience, not just in life but within ourselves, that would bring us limitless experiences of expansion, perspective and intuitive wisdom that would otherwise go unnoticed. With the lack of expansion, as mentally-dominated beings, the fear of our own innate power, of our life force, has led us to become overly critical, having experiences of lack in all its forms, and feeling disconnected (or remaining disconnected) from the all-knowing intelligence of the Universe that quite literally lies within every cell of our being, thanks to the consciousness of our Soul. 
And so brings the question: what does it mean to live a life that remains disconnected from our life-force centre? 

When we assess the distribution of energy throughout the energetic being and into the auric bodies (the field of energy surrounding your physical body), we are able to define the roles that this energy has. This energy is our own consciousness, our Soul energy, and when it occupies the lower chakras (dimensions), we have a purely human understanding of life, the world, and ourselves. The energy bodies that are active in this state of being are: the etheric body, the emotional body and the mental body. 

Oddly enough, we will often hear the mind of humanity say the we are the most intelligent species to exist, yet this belligerent expression of ego fails to recognize that the only thing separating us from being as conscious as an ape, or any other animal is one dimension of consciousness. Animals operate from their etheric and emotional bodies, meaning their consciousness is focused on survival (hence the food chain in the ecosystem) and emotions (this is why your pets love you so much)! They don’t identify as a sovereign or independent pieces of consciousness because they are connected and dependent on the earth, their pacts, (or you their pet parent), to experience their lives. 

And so, through the recognition that we are not so far removed from our ape and Neanderthal ancestors, by having elevated to the third dimension of consciousness (the solar plexus chakra and mental body) we can begin to ask the question that, if of the seven energetic centres available to us as conscious human beings, that maybe, having only successfully tapped into three of them (collectively speaking) that we may not be the most intelligent forms of consciousness to exist. This limitation comes from the experience of being trapped in the mental body however, as our solar plexus and mental body (third dimension) is responsible for giving us an ego - an identity - we become wrapped up in how we identify, in the faculties of the mind, and thus the mental game is birthed, played and repeated. 

As the mental game begins to intensify throughout later childhood and adolescence, many will experience life from the perspective of the purely physical world. They will do so by also neglecting the emotions they experience in their emotional body, as some emotions are not easily contained or logically understood by the mental body and are therefore often rendered either insignificant or burdensome. The result of the latter, to understandings of the emotional body, result in the most prevalent mood disorders known to humankind - depression and anxiety. 

Depression is the repression of the emotional body, while anxiety is the overactivity for the need to survive. In cases of anxiety, the mind (mental body/solar plexus) becomes so obsessed with how figuring out how to survive (the etheric body/root) or wanting to logically comprehend the physical reality it experiences. Then, through the aforementioned neglect of emotions the consciousness of the second energy centre (the emotional body/ sacral) malfunctions which disrupts the flow of energy in emotional, mental and survival processes which ultimately lead to a depressed state of being. The mind alone cannot understand nor solve the problems it is trying to - the Soul is needed for that, and without connection to the heart, these answers and solutions are inaccessible. 
What’s the Point of Life?

Bringing this further, this complete disconnection in the lower chakras causes for the misuse of the heart, because one does not have the emotional understanding to tap into an even higher level of emotional expression. We then deprive ourself of our life-force and repeat constant cycles of chaos, trauma, mental disruption and disorder and wind ourselves to the point of asking "what is the point in life if this is what I experience?" A question that is so often asked yet, within itself, is also the very answer. 

What is the point of what you experience in these heightened states of survival and disconnection from your heart? 

The point is that there is a lack of consciousness flowing in the lower chakras, which equally contributes to being unaware of the true nature of the Self. The human self is but a piece of the cosmic puzzle that is our energy centres and our multi-dimensional existence. 

So where do we go from here? 
How to Heal Yourself & Reconnect to Your Soul

The desire to release oneself from the battle of survival and lack of clarity is the desire to reconnect to ones higher-dimensional essence - their life force. 

Reconnecting to the life force means to allow the self to first reconnect to the emotional body and allow the exploration and understanding of how and why the emotional body became a burden or an insignificant part of one’s life experience. Were the emotions not nurtured as a child? Did the person experience such heightened emotions they didn’t know how to regulate and therefore felt it to be easier to not feel? To understand when the mental body began to view emotions as something it couldn’t comprehend or accept, we have to go back to childhood and see how the person was emotionally programmed. 

From there we move into the need for acceptance. Acceptance of emotions comprises of two key factors: the first being that you can acknowledge and understand why you may be feeling the emotions you’re feeling; the second being that despite logically understanding why you feel the way you do, does not mean you shouldn’t or won’t feel the emotions any longer. 

Awareness and understanding of the emotion is the first step, and it calls you into a stillness, to sit in the centre of your heart and understand the feelings that have been circling through your subconscious until this moment. Sitting in the heart with these feelings will enter you into a slow dance with your higher self, where you will then begin to process and feel through these emotions. The expression and release of these emotions are going to be what catalyze and reconnect you to your life force energy, because that expression is going to move the consciousness of this emotion right from your emotional body (second chakra) all the way up and through your heart so that it may be transmuted and brought back to a place of love and healing. 

Through this process one will begin to reconnect to their higher dimensional energy centres, which will provide further insight to who they are not just as a human, but as a Soul or consciousness. Ultimately, this reconnection to the life force will bring the person their highest level of healing (through consistency and repetition) and will move their consciousness to operate out of their fifth dimensional centre (throat chakra) where they will experience a depth of their own truth and feel divinely inspired to live in their authentic self expression. 

In other words, the heart, is like the Sun, it is the life force energy of energetic selves, it is the light that allows us the opportunity to expand out of egotistical illusions and allows to experience the true beauty of our own potential and the power that is the unconditionally loving source of the Universe. 

The Mental Game: Overcoming the Struggles of the Human Condition

Kundalini is the sacred energy that is within us all. Essentially, it is the energy or frequency of our Soul. Commonly referred to as Yin or Divine Feminine energy, Kundalini is actually the awakening of one’s own Soul energy, within the human body, leading to an expansion of consciousness.

This expansion of consciousness is quite similar to the psychological process of self-actualization, but far surpasses it.

Kundalini energy, or the reconnection of the human-self to the Soul-self, is an energetic process that works through the energy body of an individual known as the chakras, including the auric bodies.

Through this awakening and expansion of consciousness, an individual will undergo dramatic mental, emotional, physical and spiritual shifts that will trigger the clearing of deep wounds, traumas, ancestral patterns/cycles, mental health struggles, financial scarcity, and any and all other low-frequency ways of being. This way of being is what is known as 3D consciousness - when one resides predominantly in the ego-sphere of consciousness, blocking them from their heart centre, and more-so from their divinity.

There are three phases of a Kundalini Awakening:
Phase 1: Arambha - The Awakening: during this stage you are laying the energetic ground work for your awakening. You will begin this phase by becoming aware of all that is not meant for you in life as you currently know it. You will become aware of all the ways you have been living life that haven’t been truly what you desired, but that you felt obligated to attain, achieve or experience. This in turn will untie the energetic knot known as the Brahma knot, located between your Root and Sacral Chakras. Here all dense, karmic and painful energy related to safety, security, finances, food, physical well being, emotions, childhood, sexual trauma, and mental/emotional well being will be disrupted. This experience is similar to a volcano erupting - one that you’ve been trying to keep under control for so long, to no avail. This process in the awakening serves to enlighten you by forcing you to face all the pain you’ve repressed yourself from feeling, and then encourages you to begin your deep healing journey. This beginning journey will propel  you into an even deeper level of healing in the second phase.

Phase 2: Ghata - The Cleansing:
This stage is known as the purging period, where all that is not meant for you will begin to fall away from you. This will happen because in Phase 1, you became awakened, conscious of all the people, places, habits and things in your life that you weren’t truly desiring. The parts of your life that made you feel exhausted, daunting, and out right miserable, will begin to fall away from you. Despite knowing that these parts of your life were hurting you more than serving you, it will still be emotionally painful, and thus another level of emotional healing comes about. For the first time in your life, you will have access to your Heart Chakra, through the untying of the Ghata knot, located between your Heart and Throat Chakras. This is where you truly begin to transcend out of 3rd-dimensional ego consciousness and into what is known as the 4th-dimensional bridge. This journey will propel you into entering the third phase of your awakening.

Phase 3: The Activation and Rising: this third and “final” stage of your Kundalini Awakening will be achieved once you have completed several levels of emotional and spiritual healing through phase 2. During this activation phase of your awakening, you will untie your Rudra knot, located between your Heart and Third Eye Chakras. This experience will lead you to release all duality, seeing everyone, and every experience in life as a reflection and connection to oneness. It is here that all life experiences will cease to have just a few different points of view, and will take on an even more vast, higher perspective that encompasses hundreds (or more) points of view for any one given experience or interaction. Through the untying of your Rudra knot, and the awakening of your Third Eye and Crown Chakras, life will truly never be the same. All that you knew before, when in the 3rd-dimension of consciousness will be given an entirely new and different meaning. This will move you into experiencing life from the lens of being a Soul having a human experience, rather than a human, having a spiritual experience. It is noted that this is the “final” stage of Kundalini simply because the process of becoming enlightened is never-ending. One, whilst in human form, is always undergoing the process of enlightenment. There is always more to learn, more to see and more to understand. 

Overall, the Kundalini Awakening experience is one that takes many lifetimes to prepare for, and it is not synonymous with a Spiritual Awakening, the latter relates strictly to the first phase of a Kundalini Awakening. Thus the Kundalini Awakening is a much more rigorous process that takes time, patience and an open willingness to endure. It is most common for individuals to reach the third phase of Kundalini in their final few lifetimes on Earth, before becoming and Earth School graduate (which simply means one has completed all their Earth lives by clearing out all of their past life Karma).

The benefits of awakening your Kundalini energy include: connecting to your Higher Self (your intuition), living a life free of confinement (say goodbye to limiting beliefs), mental/emotional/physical pain relief, knowing yourself more deeply than you ever have, living life and expressing yourself in complete authenticity, having your dream career, manifesting anything you desire, and so much more!

What Does it Mean to Have a Kundalini Awakening?

When many people think about Source or the Divine, they think of a man with a white beard they call God; and although anyone can view Source in a way that makes sense for them, the personification of Source isn’t accurate. 

Simply put, the universe (multiverse technically), and everything within it, is the work of divine intelligence. This divine intelligence or Source, is consciousness. 
Consciousness is a state of awareness of self and of our surroundings. The voice you have in your head as you read this, is your consciousness. It is the voice of your Soul, your individual stream of consciousness - it is what makes you inherently a child of God, or God in the flesh. You are consciousness, consciousness is also everywhere around you. 

The existence of consciousness has intrigued many schools of thought in psychology as well as neuroscience and, so far, humanity has collectively come to the understanding that our consciousness has evolved from less sophisticated forms throughout hundreds of millions of years. However, the origin of consciousness has been debated at length for centuries, from the Big Bang theory to the God theory in different religions, without consensus. It is important to understand that although consciousness and intelligence are related, they are not the same. Our consciousness is simply the awareness of our own existence and it goes beyond the form of this human condition, and it does give us the ability to evolve and expand it (ourselves) at great length.

The levels of consciousness are referred to as dimensions. These dimensions exist both vertically and horizontally, where vertical dimensions are your own personal state of consciousness (and the levels you’ve ascended to) and the horizontal dimension is the one you experience, which in the Earth plane is the 3D or third dimension. When you expand your own (vertical) consciousness during your awakening, you will essentially be moving up a “level” in your awareness of not only yourself, but of the world around you, and the Earth’s place in the galaxy. 

Think of awakening your consciousness similarly to Russian dolls, there’s multiple sized dolls all encompassed in one larger doll that you see on the exterior. The exterior of the russian doll would be equivalent to your most natural Soul form, the highest dimension you’ve ever incarnated in. The dolls within that exterior one would be the lower dimensions, with the smallest doll at the center being your first dimensional self, which you graduate from once you are physically birthed into the world. 

When a Soul desires to ascend its consciousness (which is its innate goal) in the human condition, it goes through a process known as a kundalini awakening. This process allows for the conscious human mind (3D self) to connect with its greater (or higher) consciousness self, known as its Soul. The human mind is the third dimensional expression of the Soul’s consciousness, and ascending to and tapping into the higher self, is simply accessing the self in these higher dimensions often in the fifth, sixth or seventh dimensions. The dimension in which you access will be predetermined by what your Soul planned to experience in this lifetime as well as how far your Soul has ascended outside of the human experience. 

For human beings, we have the capability of expanding our consciousness as far as the seventh dimension whilst in a human body, since we have seven chakras. However, that is not to be confused with how far one’s Soul has evolved itself to outside of the human body. There are many thought leaders and spiritual guides who have ascended beyond the 7th dimension as a Soul, however those higher dimensions will only be accessible to them in fragments whilst in the human condition, given the fact that the dimensions beyond the seventh are that of the Soul in its whole form - when both Yin and Yang are one being, rather than split into Twin Flames on the Earth or with one half on Earth and the other in Ether. 

As it pertains to humanism, our minds in this experience will naturally, before any awakening journey, include three dimensions of consciousness: survival, feeling and identity. Respectively the first, second and third vertical dimensions; these dimensions operate out of the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras of our (energy) bodies. 

The sad reality is that human beings have had their higher consciousness suppressed for so long (multiple millennia) that they’ve evolved to be closed off to the higher dimensions of their own selves (their Souls) through the closing of their heart center - the fourth dimensional bridge.

Because of this, humans have predominantly remained in third-dimensional consciousness which is referred to as egoic consciousness. Living in 3D consciousness means that we’ve been living out of our solar plexus, the energy center attributed to: sense of self, self-worth, competence, and empowerment. It sounds beautiful, and to a degree it is. Everyone should feel these things, the problem is that when this energy is our dominant energy it operates in distortion. It impedes the connection to the heart-center (living in full unconditional love) and it wrecks havoc through a need for power and control at all costs. This means that a person will want to control (or have the illusion of control) over their lives and sometimes even the people around them. This might cause them to limit themselves, as a distorted solar plexus is filled with limiting beliefs that fear taking risks, the unknown and cause a level of distrust in the unfolding of one’s life. This is because as one of the lower three chakras, the solar plexus is associated with survival instincts, allowing it to flow out of alignment very quickly, especially when our lives feel endangered or inconsistent.

Society has molded itself around the distortion of the solar plexus, leading to the very systematic life process that includes schooling, more schooling, a 9-5 job (make sure you get the benefits too), two days off a week, limitations on income and wealth and little to no room or energy for creative freedom. It has also created an inner-system that causes people to seek external validation and approval about their lives and the decisions they make for themselves, causing them to often neglect their heart’s true desires. The result of these over-emphasized third-dimensional systems is depression, anxiety, increasing suicide rates, little to no financial literacy, and substance abuse disorders (to cope with the drain/burn out of the 5-day work week). 

There is no doubt that these systems are in place to serve society and a very specific group of elite members of the society, but it doesn’t serve us as the individuals we are. This is our life experience, our incarnation, yet we submit the control we have over our lives to systems that drain us and have little to no true benefit to our growth or our fulfillment. That is why there is an influx of individuals who are breaking free of this mold, expanding their consciousness to the 5th dimension (or higher) and are living their lives according to their heart’s desire. 

This collective awakening has been foreseen by many of our ancient civilizations and is being supported by higher beings and the Divine so that Earth, and humanity, may see their liberation out of a slave-like system and begin fulfilling their Soul’s purpose and desire whilst having an Earth incarnation.

What is Consciousness?

Since I can remember, I’ve always felt different, a little anxious in crowds, and extremely sensitive to the people and energies around me. As a kid I always struggled to fit in, despite being friends with all the different “clicks” in school. Even amongst my own friend-group I didn’t feel quite the same. One thing that remained constant, no matter the age, the friend group or the city I lived in, was that I was the person people came to for help, to vent and to get advice. 
Growing up I was never really sure why people always came to me. I just knew the advice I gave always seemed to help, even though I often couldn’t remember what I’d said, or how I even knew the right thing to say. 

Because of my natural ability to help others, I flirted with the ideas of different careers: teaching, lawyer, detective, coffee-shop owner; but none of these options ever sparked me in the way writing and metaphysics did. 

Regardless of the subject or topic of conversation, or who I was speaking with, philosophical questions surrounding the meaning of, well, everything, constantly flooded my mind. I questioned the bigger picture in all situations and experiences, trying to solve the why of every matter. Some might say this was a trauma response regarding the adversities I experienced so early on in life. I argue this opinion. 

Despite my early childhood and teen years being quite trauma-filled, my philosophical questioning of the divine workings of the human experience came long before I ever realized I had been through trauma. Naturally, after I realized I had and began to face the emotional repercussions relating to those experiences, I did in fact ask the big old why in respect to them. To my surprise I actually ended up finding answers. 

Let me get you up to speed on how everything went down before those answers came through, so that you can understand my life journey a little better: 
Hi, I’m Madds, I’m a professional psychic-medium and Kundalini practitioner who specializes in Soul contracts on both the human and spirit-side. I don’t view my psychic-mediumship as a gift or ability, it’s just who I am, and it’s been a part of me since before I could even muster sentences together or consciously recognize that I was in a human body. 

My early childhood was filled with a lot of family trauma, psychological abuse at the hands of my mother, and domestic violence from a sibling and one of my mother’s many boyfriends. By the time I was six years old I was admitted into therapy for GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and by sixteen this was accompanied by PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and depression, after leaving an abusive, romantic relationship.

By seventeen I testified and won my court case against my abusive ex, and a few months later moved out of my parents place and went to university. 
Throughout all these experiences in my early life I had many mystical encounters with the divine, including but not limited to my own higher self. I felt called into the study of metaphysics, sacred geometry and interdimensional knowledge, but stuffed it down due to the lack of understanding of others in my physical reality. More simply, no one around me questioned these things, and it made me feel very out of place and isolated. 

When I was eighteen, part of my Soul’s contract was fulfilled when I met the other half of my Soul. A concept commonly referred to as Twin Flames, when a highly evolved Soul has experienced Earth life several times it decides to incarnate both halves of itself (in two separate bodies) to experience a spiritual catalyst that awakens itself (both halves of the Soul) to the divine whilst in human flesh, amplifying the conscious connection of the human self to the Soul-self. It wasn’t the first time my Soul had done this here on Earth, but at the time, being psychologically shut-down from trauma, and repressing my spiritual connection, I was unaware of this fact. 

After the catalyst of my own Soul’s meeting of its other half, and the passing of my grandfather in October 2017, the Universe had essentially compiled all its efforts in those experiences to completely shake me awake to my mediumship. It was at this point that my higher self decided she was no longer going to allow me to repress who I was, and the innate connection that I held with the divine. 

Despite this, I continued to resist. My logical, human mind could not comprehend that I was capable of connecting with the divine in such an extraordinary way. 
With my continued resistance, the Universe and my higher self sought out their plan with me and the more I resisted the more depressed and anxious I became. Ultimately, this would lead to me purging all the negative patterns, habits, cycles and people I needed to clear out of my life for me to go through my awakening. 
In that perio dI was constantly being challenged with past-life and ancestral karma and it led me to a really dark place amidst much confusion and heightened emotions. Because of this, I naturally wondered even more, why the human experience even existed. I was so emotionally drained and depressed I truly questioned why any Soul would want to come here. 

I reflected on questions related to why we had to work for a living, why we had to pay for food when we needed it to survive and why being rich was reserved for a very small, specific portion of humans. 

Google became my best friend, with searches like what are souls, why do souls incarnate, and do we plan our life before we incarnate started filling my history. The problem was, google didn’t have the answers, however for the very limited information I did find, something magical began to happen. 
When I would read something I would get these intuitive nudges and informational downloads from my higher self, explaining what was accurate, and even extending details on what I was researching. I eventually stopped looking for information outside of myself and looked for it within through meditation and simply asking my higher self for more information. 

Little synchronicities had started popping up in the form of words, expressions, old songs, or new songs in my head, and my favourite - numbers. The next thing I knew I was becoming more aware of my surroundings, myself, and signs; the energy that is within us, and the living Universe was unveiling itself before my eyes. And just when I thought things would start to look up, these synchronicities aligned me to receiving my fifth concussion in May 2019. I had been facing a serious mental health battle and financial scarcity for more than a year and with this injury there was no end in sight (seeing as I would be spending at least one month on bed-rest). 
After a month of recovery and a late start of beginning my new job, I felt like an utter disappointment to everyone who knew me. I was still having terrible concussion symptoms, had my work hours cutdown and my finances were building an anxiety in me I couldn’t put to rest. Government resources were scarce and I somehow didn’t seem to qualify for any of it. I hit a point where I was so miserable, and so ashamed of my life circumstances that the old and consistent thought of suicide flooded my mind yet again.

I’ll always remember the night – I sat alone in my room quite literally screaming at Spirit asking for a sign. I wanted to know why I chose such a miserable, traumatic and depressing life. I was utterly confused as to why my life seemed so damning, why I could never catch a break, why I was so alone even though there were people around me. One thing I wasn’t confused about, was that I didn’t want to be alive anymore. 

This wasn’t the first time I’d contemplated with suicide. I had an attempt in March 2018, ironically when all the purging began… just a year prior in 2017, (almost to the day) I had a suicidal breakdown to the point where I wrote a suicide note. When I think back, suicide has been a theme, a general thought and genuine contemplation in my life as early as eleven. It was never a matter of if, but a matter of when, I would do it. 

So at this point, after years of exhaustion, and effortlessly trying to get help, I felt more than ready to call it quits on whatever my incarnation was supposed to be. “Scrap the plan spirit, I’m returning to source early, come hell or high water.” That night, I passed out from crying and smoking more weed than I probably ever have in my whole life.

The last thing I ever expected was for that night to change my life. I didn’t really expect anything to happen at all. I had felt completely alone for so long that I was taking my last bet on Spirit, if they even existed. If not, I had a plan.

I woke up the next day, honestly a little disappointed that my Soul hadn’t been whisked away to the great beyond while I slept. I still didn’t want to be alive, but like I said, I was taking my last bet on Spirit so I figured, a few more days of the misery I’d been living for 21 years wouldn’t be much to bear. 
Within a week synchronicities started popping up again, I also started attracting people who asked the same questions I had about the bigger picture; each of whom came with their own unique perspectives. It wasn’t long until I started realizing all the little feelings I’d had, premonitions of conversations I’d seen happen before they actually did, weren’t really little at all. The Universe had been priming me for alignment since I was a kid, I just hadn’t realized it. 

I truly thought this would be the end of my death-wishing days… I mean how much karma could I have really racked up? I laugh writing that, because there was so much more I was about to experience, so that I could ascend my consciousness to the level it needed to be at for my to provide my service to humanity - but those are stories for another time. 

After everything I experienced up until and in 2019, I had finally, and successfully completed my Kundalini Awakening and it was time for me to step into purpose. 
I registered my business in January of 2020 and began writing a book of everything I’d learned up until that point and decided to take a leap of faith on providing my services to the public. 

Within a few days of promoting tarot card, mediumship and spirit-guide readings on my Instagram stories I went from unemployed, homeless and hungry, to being fully booked for the entire month. This trend continued, and thanks to the fact I was able to live back at home for my transition period, I was able to spend the spring and summer of 2020 building my business. 

By the time July rolled around I had job offers in other cities to be the medium in a crystal shop, and my personal clients were asking how they could work with me every week so that they could have support as they went through their own awakenings as well. In August, I was featured on a podcast (MIMI) with an incredible role model who would later become one of my greatest friends and clients. 

My work evolved from tarot readings to full-on spiritual coaching programs where I was able to craft three 12-week programs to help others like me go through their own kundalini awakenings. I built the programs, Align, Bloom and Rise, on the exact template that I experienced my awakening through, after realizing that a kundalini awakening has a very precise and near-exact template of experience before one can fully reconnect with their Soul.
I’ve spent all my spare time channeling, meditating and learning about my Soul and why I was being called to guide humanity in the great awakening, and later came to find that my entire Soul (both halves of it) has spent lifetimes, both on and off the Earth, helping Souls create their Soul contracts so that they could expand their Souls to the highest dimension of consciousness, both in human form and beyond it. 

You might be wondering what I learned about the pain I experienced growing up, so I’ll give you the spoilers: 
I went through immense trauma growing up, like many mediums and highly evolved spiritual guides do because it is how we are primed to help humanity. How can you help others if you don’t experience every possible pain imaginable on this planet? 

Growing up, I had always had a keen feeling that this life on Earth would also (karmically) be my last. Which essentially means that should I never want to incarnate (on a Soul level) on Earth again, I will be karmically-free to make that decision. This means that I’ve had to purge all the past-life karma that remained from my previous Earth lives, so that I could become what is called an Earth Graduate. (You can learn more about this in my masterclass replay on my website). Through the deepening of my understanding of my own incarnations, I came to remember many of my past life experiences and memories, including two-lifetimes-ago when I committed suicide. I remembered my death from that life, and from my most recent past life, both of which had terrible endings, both of which left me with karma to clear out. 

Overall, I chose to come to Earth because of my extensive Soul expertise in Soul Contracts, Kundalini and inter-dimensional physics that have left me with the ability to remember my lives on and off Earth, and to retain all the knowledge my Soul has ever tapped into in the nine dimensions it has existed through. To be here once again and to not offer this knowledge and the guidance that leads others to also experiencing their Soul-self, would be a disservice to humanity.

In this session we're going to get to in touch with where your present challenges are emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We'll get into the different experiences that have left some emotional wounds and limiting beliefs and get a well rounded view of what conditioned programs need shifting.

Session 1

In this session we're going to focus on the challenge that has been harping on you the most since our first session. This is often the belief, wound or limitation you've been struggling with for the last few months, if not years. We'll deep dive into the core of the wound, unearthing what initial experience in childhood (often a subconscious one) has developed into such a core limitation.

Session 2 

In this session we're going to dive even deeper into what was covered in session two, and I'm going to guide you through connecting with your ego. This will be done through a hypnosis-like meditation, that you will be entirely conscious and awake through. Here you'll get to know your ego and understand how their beliefs are separate to your own (they hold the wounded, limited beliefs that you know aren't true but just can't seem to get past). Through this you will be able to create an deeper sense of safety and security and begin healing your nervous system (to come out of fight or flight).

Session 3 

In this session we're going to continue to work with your ego and also connect you with your inner child (the part of you that has those dreamy desires for this lifetime, and also the part of you that holds onto emotional hurt) and we're going to foster safety with them, through the hypnosis-like meditation process. Here we're going to discover what you need to tend to mentally and emotionally and exactly how you need to go about doing it.

Session 4

In this session we're going to assess where you stand in terms of your emotional and mental processing of the wounds that have surfaced and how you're feeling navigating through the emotional releases. 


Session 5

The halfway point! By this session you're going to feel the shifts taking place in your healing. You'll have seen your experiences from new perspectives and although you will still be learning how to apply the tools and navigate the emotions that are surfacing, you're also going to feel liberated. This session is all about supporting where you're at and where you want to head in the next 6 weeks. 

Session 6 

In this session we're going to revisit your goals from the previous session and check in with what challenges you feel you're still navigating, which ones you have overcome. At this point we're also going to be able to see which challenges connect to the same root wounds, leading us into deeper discovery of the next steps to healing these wounds. 

Session 7 

By this session you're really understanding the impact your childhood and social conditioning has had on you. Because of this, we're going to take time to reevaluate your goals and expectations of self and see which of your dreams are yours and which ones were programs you felt you had to achieve for external approval.

Session 8

In this session we're going to dive into the concept of external approval and discover why a part of you still feels the need to be accepted or search for validation outside of yourself. This is the most common yet impactful challenge humans face when emerging into their authentic self and through understanding one's unique need that they're trying to meet through this external approval, we're able to create tools and internal systems that fulfill that need creating emotional independence. 


Session 9 

In this session we're going to dive back into another hypnosis-style meditation to connect with your inner child and ego to help them release the limiting beliefs surrounding external validation as you enter into new levels of authentic self expression. 

Session 10 

Getting close to wrapping up, we're going to revisit your growth and tackle any left over emotional wounds/challenges that you've been repgroamming and make any tweaks necessary before the end of your coaching. By this point you'll be feeling like a completely different version of yourself and tapping into the confidence to show up as who you truly are in the world. 


Session 11

That's a wrap! This session is all about how far you've come and getting clear on your goals if you want to continue through the next 12-week program, or setting you up with a toolkit for long-term success if you choose to continue the rest of your self-development journey on your own.
