This session is all about taking the goals discussed during our "OTR" and taking steps to put them into action. We'll discover your MOFA (motivating factors) and close the session with a few experiential exercises to visualize and manifest your goals. 

Session 1 - Finding your MOFA

Have you ever tried to achieve your goals but loose focus or motivation? Me too! It's extremely common, actually! In this session, we'll discover why other programs haven't worked in the past and focus on what gives you energy and fulfillment. 

Session 2 - What gives you energy?

In this session, we will talk about what depletes us and how to honor your personal energy and boundaries. 

Session 3 - Honoring "Yes & No"

In this session, we'll talk about pleasure and what a big motivator it can be!

Session 4 - Pleasure

Sometimes when things are going really well, that is when we lose focus. In this session, we will approach self-sabotage through a non-judgmental lens. 

Session 5 - Self-Sabotage

Session 6 - It's time to be B.A.D. 

It seems that everyone is constantly rushing from point A to point B without taking a moment to breathe or even look to see where they are headed. In this session, we'll talk about stress levels, staying present in gratitude, and practice some conscious breathing techniques. 

Session 7 - Staying Present

In this session, we take a slightly different route than we have in previous sessions and take a look at your relationship with food. 

Session 8 - What Wants to Be Nourished?

In this session, we will do a few exercises on listening to your gut and how pain manifests itself in the body. 

Session 9 - Personal Power

In this session, we will celebrate the steps that you've made in your journey and set a new baseline of wellness. 

Session 10 - The New Norm

In this session, we'll take your "new norm" and build upon that new energy to direct toward your future goals. 

Session 11 - Surplus as a “Springboard”

Today is a commemorative day! You made it through 90 days of committing to your well-being and creating healthier habits. We will celebrate your accomplishments and discuss future goals. 

Session 12 - The Completion Ritual 

My biggest goal as a coach is that all of my clients feel stellar about who they are.
