Cold Water Immersion. Should you try it?

Tiffani Amber Thiessen recently posted herself taking an ice bath on Instagram or maybe you’ve watched “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth in which he discovers the benefits cold water immersion offers in combating the aging process and other therapeutic benefits. More and more we are seeing stars implementing ice baths or cold water therapy. Should everyone be taking a quick cold water shower before they step out a few times a week?
