Exercise has long been known to promote physical health and well-being, but recent studies have shown that exercise can also help with the functioning of our brains. This can result in improved memory and concentration, better problem-solving ability, enhanced creativity and improved overall mental health.

Motivating someone to exercise can be challenging. A health coach is a great asset in encouraging exercise and providing motivation to stay active. Health coaches are trained professionals who work one-on-one to help individuals set achievable goals, develop habits and create customized health plans that include exercise. They also act as an accountability partner, helping the individual stay motivated and on track toward their exercise goals.
