Have I taken time to just breathe today?

Do you ever feel like you forget to breathe? and I mean really take some deep fulfilling breaths, becasue same! I would go through my days and catch myself holding in this anxiety and tension throughout my body. But all it takes is one deep breath to get us to release that tension and re-center ourselves.

So my goal for you today is to find at least 5 mins in your day to sit, in silence or listeing to calming music, and just breathe. Really focus on your breath.

Try this: 4-7-8 Breathing Technique

  1. breathing in your nose for 4 seconds
  2. holding the breath for 7 seconds
  3. exhaling through the mouth for 8 seconds
