Travel Essentials as a Holistic Health Coach

When traveling I like to make sure my essentials reflect my commitment to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle even while on the go. Here's a list of travel essentials that can help you stay aligned with your approach to health and well-being:

  1. Reusable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for overall well-being. Carry a reusable water bottle to ensure you have access to clean water throughout your travels. And for also not spending almost $15 for a water bottle.

2. Healthy Snacks: Pack a variety of nutritious snacks like nuts, seeds, and whole-grain crackers to keep your energy levels stable and avoid unhealthy options.

3. Herbal Teas: Herbal teas can offer relaxation, aid digestion, and provide various health benefits. Choose a selection of your favorite herbal teas to enjoy on the road. Some of my favorites include, Red Rasberry Leaf, Dandelion Root, Green Tea, and Ginger tea.

4. Nutritional Supplements: If you take any vitamins or supplements as part of your holistic routine, make sure to pack them. Consider portable options like individual supplement packs or travel-sized containers.

5. Essential Oils: Essential oils like lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus can enhance relaxation, boost energy, and provide a sense of well-being. Use a travel-friendly diffuser or roll-on applicators.

6. Comfortable Clothing: Pack comfortable activewear and athleisure outfits that allow for movement and flexibility.

7. Journal or Notebook: Continue journaling or jotting down your thoughts, reflections, and insights during your travels. This can help you stay connected to your holistic practices and help pass the time on the plane.

8. Mindfulness Tools: Bring along tools like a meditation app, guided meditation recordings, or a small mindfulness book to support your mental well-being.

9. Sun Protection: Protect your skin with sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.

10. Walking Shoes: Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring new places while staying active.

Remember that the goal is to maintain your holistic lifestyle while adapting to the demands of travel. Tailor this list to your personal preferences and needs, and prioritize items that resonate most with your holistic health coaching philosophy. This is just a outline of what I somtimes bring with me, it can always change based on my goals/lifestyle, so make sure to make it fit yours!
