The heart, throat, third eye, and crown are the chakras often associated with higher levels of consciousness, communication, and spiritual awareness. They govern our ability to give and receive love, authentically express ourselves, and connect with our intuition and our higher power. We will focus on balancing these upper chakras to foster emotional healing, expression of ones ideas and beliefs, and enhance inner guidance and spiritual clarity.

The root, sacral and solar plexus are the chakras that keep you grounded and connected to the world. They govern our stability, creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being (among other facets). We will focus on balancing these lower chakras to promote a sense of safety and connection, balanced relationships and creative expression, and personal power, among many other benefits.
