Elaine Whae is a certified breathwork facilitator, energetics coach and sound healer dedicated to spreading the love of holistic wellness and meditation to the world. Elaine curates individual healing experiences that are a custom blend of these holistic modalities designed to empower each person towards their own inner healing. Teaching a loving and presence-based practice that serves to awaken the body and soften the mind, so that you can become your own healer and step into your own power. 

The root, sacral and solar plexus are the chakras that keep you grounded and connected to the world. They govern our stability, creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being (among other facets). We will focus on balancing these lower chakras to promote a sense of safety and connection, balanced relationships and creative expression, and personal power, among many other benefits. 

The Lower Chakras

The heart, throat, third eye, and crown are the chakras often associated with higher levels of consciousness, communication, and spiritual awareness. They govern our ability to give and receive love, authentically express ourselves, and connect with our intuition and our higher power. We will focus on balancing these upper chakras to foster emotional healing, expression of ones ideas and beliefs, and enhance inner guidance and spiritual clarity.
