I am a former neuroscientist offering quantum Bioresonance frequency healing sessions with health coaching and ascension guidance, including nutrition and DNA upgrades. As an integrative health coach specializing in holistic nutrition, detox, and biohacking techniques with a background in neuroscience, I offer unique personalized healing programs to help clients reach their highest level of vibrant health. My goal is to help people change thier relationship with food and wellness, learn how to nourish their bodies with real foods, detoxify from a lifetime of toxic overload, and let their pure essence shine through!

I spent my childhood on my family farm near Yosemite – building treehouses, cliff-diving off the waterfall, riding my dirtbike, playing with animals, and gardening with my grandpa. I was always moving around, barefoot, covered in dirt, exploring, climbing, and running wild. This freedom and relationship to the earth made me fall in love with nature and appreciate the interconnectivity of all living beings. Connection to the Earth and alchemy of elements found in nature are essential in all of my healing programs.

After experiencing a complete nervous system shutdown ultimately leading to kidney failure and a near-death experience (NDE), my life shifted from a typical matrix, logic-based existence in San Francisco to one dedicated to healing and spiritual practice. I explored several modalities of integrative health, functional medicine, yoga, meditation, holistic nutrition, energetic work, light therapy...and eventually moved to the jungle of Costa Rica to reach the deepest levels of healing surrounded by nature, water, and wildlife.

For me, eating organic and living sustainably is the natural state of existence, and I love sharing that with others. My approach provides a comprehensive lifestyle design which leads to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual vitality. I now offer Detox & Regeneration Retreats on Bali and Ibiza as well as virtual 1-1 coaching and bioresonance therapy.
