Description
Through the course of 3 months, we will meet virtually two times a month (every other week) to discuss your specific health concern. You will have the floor to be open about what you are struggling with and any obstacles or challenges they might be getting in the way. I will provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations along with recipes, grocery store lists and will be a source of accountability towards your goal.
What to Expect:
- During our session we discuss what health goal you’d like to focus on and what is working for you and what isn’t working.
- I will provide speicifc recommendations regarding your lifestyle routine and your daily nutrition habits.
- After each session I will send you a recipe to try, a list of recommended foods and supplements, and some additional resources specifc to your goal.
- I will be available in between sessions for any questions or concersn you might have.
- I am also available for private yoga & meditation classes if desired.
