Whether Yoga is a brand new practice and you're entering with an open mind, curious to explore, or you're a seasoned practitioner looking to expand your own practice, these sessions are curated around your needs and "abilities". Whatever your Intention, the aim of these sessions is to observe and expand our breath as we create space within the body, explore the limits of our own minds and open up the body's energy centres to move past blockages and limitations, through uniting movement and breath. *A 15 minute discovery call is available prior if you want to dive deeper into how Yoga may benefit you personally, and to deeper tailor the session to your needs
