Hypnosis is a non-intrusive approach to healing, allowing direct communication with the subconscious mind. This 4-week block is for those wanting to go on a deeper journey of hypnosis. During this time we can tackle any stress, anxiety, phobias, unwanted habits, addictions, disrupted sleep patterns, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, fear of examinations and public speaking, pain, and psychosomatic symptoms.
