Description

Holistic Health, to me, means understanding, on a fundamental level, the ways in which your health impacts your life and how you feel about your life, and vice versa. It is viewing health from a 360 degree lens and incorporating all aspects of it (physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic) in order to live an optimal life. Do you feel victimised by your circumstances? Are you constantly living in survival mode, unable to regulate your nervous system? Is your holistic health a priority to you, or do you find yourself unable and unsure how to start implementing positive, long-lasting changes into your daily routines and life? In this programme we work to get to the root of exactly all of these things. We do not simply gloss over the why and get straight to the "fixing"; instead, we use profound techniques such as journalling, meditation and face-to-face coaching to truly understand why you are stuck where you are, and how to move past these blockages and create a life wherein you can thrive rather than merely get by. This programme is for you if you are struggling to emotionally regulate and want to learn how in a way that you can integrate into your quotidien. It is for you if you find challenge in implementing healthy changes into your diet and lifestyle, causing you to feel weighed down by inflamation in the body. It is for you if you want to create, or reconnect to, a Spiritual practice to gain a sense of fulfillment and purpose out of Life. It is for you if you are longing to better understand your body, its cues, needs, and develop a positive relationship with it in order to regain energy and feel revitalised. As an Integrative Health Coach, I understand the importance of all these pillars of health and how we can utilise them in tandem to give you what you need and take you from where you currently Are, to where you want to Be. Layout: one 60 minute 1-1 video call per week; weekly journal prompts; a weekly recorded follow up + guided meditation to support you as you navigate what we have worked through each week. Option to include any of my single-sessions into the programme, as well.
