A single session to receive further lifestyle recommendations, make adjustments based on the last session, receive a new 1-week meal plan with grocery list and review past achievements based on past recommendations and past goals. This session can be booked as a follow-up to my 2 or 4-Week Customized Meal Plan and 6-Week Program.
