My journey to creating HatchPath began with a life-altering diving accident in 2016, resulting in a traumatic brain injury and later, a diagnosis of Chronic Lyme disease. Conventional treatments failed to address the complexity of my symptoms, leading me to explore holistic health coaching. This approach not only facilitated my recovery but also transformed my understanding of healing beginning with my mindset. This program is the result of my journey.

In this session, I'll help you understand the concept of personal blueprints for success and happiness. We often suffer when our reality doesn't match these blueprints. My goal is to empower you to either adapt your blueprints or take steps to change your reality, bridging the gap towards true happiness.


Objectives:

  1. Understanding Your Blueprint: We'll explore what personal blueprints are and how they shape our perceptions of success and happiness.
  2. Reality vs. Blueprint: Together, we'll identify where your current reality diverges from your blueprint and understand the impact.
  3. Adapting or Changing: I'll teach you strategies to modify your blueprint or alter your reality, whichever path suits you best.
  4. Path to Happiness: We'll discover how clarity about where you want to go is the first step towards happiness.

  5. Action Plan (10 mins): You'll create a personalized action plan to start aligning your blueprint with your reality.
