Description

With one 40-minute session per week, we'll learn how the breath is the anchor to our entire lives; how we use and control our breath dictates the quality of our lives - our abiltiies to manage stressful environments and navigate all circumstances we are faced with. In each session we will learn a new breathwork technique and the ways in which each one specifically affects different areas of the brain and body, and aid in bringing the nervous system into a balanced state, eleviating our natural stress response. This programme is designed to increase your overall quality of life and enable you to take control over how you respond to situations in your life, rather than feeling out of control. Layout: one 40-minute call per week (in which theory & practice is included); a weekly follow-up video (pre-recorded) OR written sheet to help you integrate the techniques and practices of each week and to keep for future reference. *A 30 minute discovery call is encouraged, but not necessary, prior to enrolling in this programme.
