Your hormonal system might be a bit off and that's actually easy to fix (with a few tweaks on your diet, sleep and exercise routine) But there are two super important things that you MUST work on to actually achieve permanent results, and I am talking about real transformation here. These are: your ENERGY and your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.

Let me ask you a question: Why is it that even though you exercise at least 3x a week to offset those extra calories, and you have also been skipping breakfast and undereating you still haven't been able to shred those extra pounds???

The answer is SURVIVAL.

When your subconscious mind, which by the way controls 95% of everything you do thinks you are in "danger" because you skipped a meal as an example, it may not seem like a big deal but unconsciously a signal is sent that reads "no food is coming, shut everything down we must survive".

When your mind is also thinking "I have to, I need to, I MUST lose the weight" it also implies survival, unconscious goes "We are going to stay exactly the same, nothing can change, we NEED to survive". I can give you countless examples of how this works, but I think you get it...

Now, if you are still with me I want you to pay close attention to the second piece of this puzzle which is your own energy. We are 99.99999... energy and everything around us is also energy, when we continue to focus on "I HAVE to lose the weight" or "Who am I kidding, obesity runs in my family I'll never lose the weight" your energy matches what you think and believe, if your energy reads "I need to" then you will get more of "I need to" in other words you will get more of what you DON'T have. Energy is always in integrity with who you are, and you ALWAYS get more of what you believe to be true.
