My Nutrition Basics session provides you with general guidelines to support you in reaching your health goals. It’s to help me get a better understanding of where you're at, and where you want to be. We'll go over your current and past diet and lifestyle habits, and create some starting points that are attainable and sustainable for you. After our call, I'll provide you with a brief customized health plan consisting of diet and lifestyle suggestions that are geared to help you achieve your health goals! I want these shifts to be easy for you to incorporate into your life, not create more stress in doing so.
