Together we will reflect on past experiences where you have sabotaged yourself or held yourself back from reaching your goals. Explore the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors associated with these experiences. What is your pattern? Dive deeper into the underlying beliefs and fears that may be driving your self-sabotage. "What am I afraid of?" or "What beliefs about myself are holding me back?", “Who did I believe I needed to be in order to be loved?”

2. Reframing Limiting Beliefs & Release Negative Emotions

Challenge and reframe any limiting beliefs or negative self-talk that arise during the session. Using techniques such as hypnosis, NLP and/or timeline therapy, we will replace them with empowering affirmations and positive self-statements that affirm your worthiness and potential for success.
