What to expect:

  • Learn about your bio-individuality. Diets don‘t work. Learning how to care for your own bio-individuality does. What foods does your body need more of and less of?
  • We will discuss your health background as well as your current goals. From there we will talk about your food habits. What has worked for you in the past and what hasn‘t.
  • An ideal healthy day outline. From the moment you wake up until the moment you go to sleep, I will provide an example of a healthy day specific to you and your bio-indivuduality.
  • You will leave with a better undertstanding on how to eat healthy for your body.
  • I will send you a recipe, personal a food shopping list based on your needs, how to meal prep worksheet, and some extra recommendations after our sessions.
