This 3-Month Plan includes 12 wellness coaching sessions, scheduled at your convenience, focusing on your unique challenges and personal and/or professional goals, integrating mental, emotional and physical health.

My own wellness journey began many years ago when I faced chronic stress, leading to burnout, anxiety, and depression. This experience affected every aspect of my life and well-being. I overcame these challenges and transformed my life, both personally and professionally. Now, I passionately share my knowledge and personal experiences to support my clients on their wellness journeys, empowering them to move forward from where they are now to where they want to be, and I am here to support and empower you to do the same.

What to Expect:

1. Assessment: We will discuss your challenges and goals in a safe and confidential space.

2. Building Blocks of Vitality: We will discuss and coach on the “essential pillars” - proper nutrition, exercise and sleep hygiene.

3. Integrative Approach: We will coach on various methods and strategies to enhance your mental and emotional health, supporting your overall well-being.

4. Personalized Approach: Together, we will create a personalized action plan tailored to your goals.
