Description
This unique approach to health coaching is centred around the principles of Yoga; in 4 or 8 weeks we work together to develop a programme specifically designed to dive deeper into your own health - whether that be healing long-standing digestive and gut issues, removing energetic blockages that have turned into aches + pains within the body, eliminating brain fog or simply forming a new relationship to your body and your health to better understand your state or condition. In Yoga, we understand that all physical ailments are a result of energetic imbalance. By working through various postures, exploring the breath within the practice and intentionally focusing on specific areas within the body depending on your needs (internal organs, joints, muscular tissue, etc.), we build a newfound awareness of the body and deepen our connection to it, to ultimately overcome the limitations imposed upon us by our conditions, of the body or mind. *A 30 minute discovery call is encouraged and necessary prior to enrolling in this programme in order to reap the most benefits
