Description
Kundalini represents the powerful coiled energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. When we connect to this energy and begin to unravel it, we activate our full body + being intertwined. We use Kundalini breathwork to either bring the mind + body into a state of total bliss and calm, or to activate our senses and bring energy into the body. Either way, in this 30-minute guided meditation, we use the breath to intentionally awaken the Kundalini energy from its latent state. We use the breath to intentionally guide that energy from Root to Crown, connecting to the Vagus Nerve and thus bringing the central nervous system back into complete balance. This form of meditation can be quite intense, because we are activating the most powerful energy that we possess, that has a tendency to remain dormant in day-to-day life; however, it is also the most impactful when it comes to making meaningul, long-lasting change in life and truly connecting to and acting upon the potential that lies inside of us. The best form of meditation to truly come out of the mind completely and go beyond its limitations, while making you feel like you are in the driver's seat.
