The purpose of this workshop is to provide people with a deeper understanding on how stress effects their daily lives through nutrition and lifestyle habits. Camille will guide students through breathing exercises, gentle seated stretches, and a meditation to help ease stress and anxiety. She will also be teaching students healthy tools to implement into their daily lives so that they can manage their stress at the root cause. So many of us suffer from stress on a daily basis. Often times that stress can manifest into a health concern. Learning tools to help mange streas and anxiety is essential to your mental health.
