As a Mental Fitness & Holistic Wellness Coach, I embrace the power of neuroplasticity. I bridge the gap between science and practical transformation. By leveraging the science of neuroplasticity alongside two evidence-based techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as various other modalities, I support and empower my clients to re-shape their minds.

WHAT IS NEUROPLASTICITY?

When you intentionally engage in new behaviours, you weaken the neural pathways associated with old habits.
