Description

I create bespoke plans based on each individuals desires and goals. I focus on the bio individuality of each person I work with and understand that what may be beneficial for one, may not be for another. We will work together, to understand your lifestyle and body ensuring that we introduce realistic and long lasting habits so that we create a new lifestyle for you, rather than a quick fix. I will be your accountability partner and someone you can call upon for motivation, inspiration and a helping hand. My holistic view to wellbeing will allow us to tap into fitness and nutrition as well as any other areas of life the you may wish to discuss with an unbiased and non judgemental friendly face. My overall aim is to empower you. Together we will build and implement healthier habits into your everyday life, allowing for sustainable change to improve your wellbeing, health and happiness.

1. Introduction Session: Integrative Wellbeing

During this intro discussion we will conduct a health history session so that we can learn about your concerns, current lifestyle and goals. This will involve a thorough look at both your past and current habits and a typical ‘day in your life’. Through this process we will uncover what may be holding you back, the possible root cause of any issues and underlying factors that we can work on. At then end of the session I will provide you with my suggestions based on what we’ve discussed on how to start making positive lifestyle changes from today. I will also suggest which plans I could offer you if you wish to continue working with me going forward, depending on what we discover to be your main focus. Post session, I will curate a bespoke 7 day meal plan for you and share any tips and tricks I have that will specifically help you based on what we discover and discuss on this call.
