As an integrative wellbeing coach, I aim to facilitate healthy and sustainable behaviour change in order for you to reach your wellbeing goals. I not only focus on the importance of the food that we eat and the movement that we make in maintaining wellbeing, but I also look at all the other aspects that can contribute to a healthy and happy life, such as mindfulness, relationships and more. I use this integrated approach to guide, support and to keep you accountable for what you aim to achieve. As a certified Les Mills Body Combat coach, I can also work with you to punch and kick your way to fitness. Release stress, burn calories and leave each session feeling like a champion.
