I focus on the bio individuality of each person I work with and understand that what may be beneficial for one, may not be for another. We will work together, to understand your lifestyle and body ensuring that we introduce realistic and long lasting habits so that we create a new lifestyle for you, rather than a quick fix. I will be your accountability partner and someone you can call upon for motivation, inspiration and a helping hand. My holistic view to wellbeing will allow us to tap into fitness and nutrition as well as any other areas of life the you may wish to discuss with an unbiased and non judgemental friendly face. My overall aim is to empower you. Together we will build and implement healthier habits into your everyday life, allowing for sustainable change to improve your wellbeing, health and happiness.
