I create bespoke plans based on each individuals desires and goals. I focus on the bio individuality of each person I work with and understand that what may be beneficial for one, may not be for another. We will work together, to understand your lifestyle and body ensuring that we introduce realistic and long lasting habits so that we create a new lifestyle for you, rather than a quick fix. I will be your accountability partner and someone you can call upon for motivation, inspiration and a helping hand. My holistic view to wellbeing will allow us to tap into fitness and nutrition as well as any other areas of life the you may wish to discuss with an unbiased and non judgemental friendly face. My overall aim is to empower you. Together we will build and implement healthier habits into your everyday life, allowing for sustainable change to improve your wellbeing, health and happiness.

1. Initial Health History Session

In this initial session, we will conduct a health history so that we can learn about your concerns, current lifestyle and goals. This will involve a thorough look at both your past and current habits and a typical ‘day in your life’. Through this process we will uncover what may be holding you back, the possible root cause of any issues and underlying factors that we can work on. Post session, I will curate a bespoke 4 week fitness and meal plan for you and we will officially begin the journey.

2. Session 1: Primary Food, Secondary Food & Lifestyle

In this session, we will discuss your bespoke meal plan, fitness plan and the new habits we will be implementing into your day to day routine. We will also use this time to discuss any other challenges or set backs you’d like support with.

3. Session 2: Personal Training

In this session, we will have a PT session. Your goals will determine the bespoke training session that I will curate for you, whether its HIIT or Pilates, we will be sure to move your body, work your muscles and get some endorphins flowing - you will feel incredible afterwards! We will also discuss how to implement more movement into your day to day regime.

4. Session 3: Discuss, Uncover, Progress & Supercharge

In this session, we will check in on your meal plan and fitness plan. We will discus any challenges or achievements thus far and discover how you've been feeling over the past two weeks of the journey. This is also an opportunity to discuss, vent and release anything else that you may be going through in life to a non-judgemental and neutral ear. In this session I will also provide recommendations on tools that can help you embed your newly formed habits.

5. Session 4: The Finale

In the final session, we will have another personal training session together. We will then finish with a final wrap up of your plan and discuss how you can continue implementing your new habits and lifestyle changes.
