I will take you through a somatic mind-body process to help you set an intention to work through a current trigger that is causing you stress and discomfort and holding you back. I will work beside you with compassion and non-judgmental listening and help you regulate your nervous system. Moving blocks of tension and old negative energy can make way for new positive emotions which will essentially make you feel happier and free to be your true wonderful authentic self. I will meet you wherever you are at and provide you the support you need. I look forward to working with you!
