Description

As Christmas comes to a close and the holiday blues approach, it is easy to lose sight of presence. Suddenly, Christmas feels like it was lifetimes ago and it’s “onto the next thing”, but we don’t really know why.

In this guided Yoga Nidra session, you have absolutely nothing… At all… To do. I really mean that.

As you will hear from individuals who have “done” this form of hypnotherapy with me, it really is nothing but pure relaxation.

Well, there is something else, actually. That something is subconscious reprogramming.

It’s intricate, but nowhere near as complicated as it sounds. The magic happens when you land in that Theta state of mind - the brain waves have slowed down as I have guided you into a deeply relaxed state: that state between sleep and wakefulness, where your body feels still, but your brain chemistry is primed for vivid creativity and heightened intuition.

In these 45 minutes you will feel lucid, emotionally and energetically aware, but with your senses switched off and your mind on the back-burner. Here, we explore a state of “no mind”. Thoughts may enter but, as you rest in blissful awareness, the awareness of these thoughts drifts away.

In this space your entire nervous system is primed for genuine healing. This practice sweeps the mind clean like a blank slate as you are guided through visualisation, binaural beats and gentle hypnotherapy. You’ll leave feeling a sense of true ease, with a passively self-assured “I got this” washed over you. Nothing to prove - just newness to step into. It’s a practice that allows you to enter into this state of renewal while remaining completely conscious and safe whatever your goal; stress relief, a moment of quiet, less reactivity or the removal of a limiting habit or belief.

All you need is yourself and a space to lie down - anything to aid your experience is optional: an eye mask, a cushion, blanket, etc. But your whole self is simply enough.
