I was listening to a podcast recently which featured Jenna Zoe, the founder of [My Human Design](https://www.myhumandesign.com/), and one particular quote struck out to me; that quote was

> Stop trying to manufacture your alignment.
> Go towards the heat instead.

Ooft.

I don’t know about you, but that one hits home for me. 
How does it resonate with you? What does it evoke when you think about your personal growth and the life that you have created, and are currently creating, for yourself?

I can personally relate to the fact that I have tried to manufacture a LOT of my alignment. By alignment, we’re talking about the calibration that occurs when the following two things merge: the road which you are currently walking and the place that you want to get to. 
This is a natural mistake that we all make during the process of manifestation (whether it’s a conscious process or not, fuelled by spirituality or logic and reason - it makes no difference how, but we all do manifest).

Over the years, the manufacturing of my own alignment has taken on many forms, including, but not limited to…:

* Forcing my hand instead of Surrendering to the Universe -
it’s arrogant, but normal, to believe that we know what is best for us, forgetting that (most of the time) this belief is rooted in our inability to surrender to the flow, and [trust the process](https://open.spotify.com/show/46TtLm5jbEBZnMJN1yX53Y?si=064d14d0ad3745e4) (eyo!). There is a huge difference between taking action and forcing an outcome, and often we can get caught in the trap of the latter, thus missing out on our manifestations entirely simply because we chose not to take action using what was in our immediate control.

* Letting go of the outcome -
there have been periods of heavy attachment to my manifestations throughout my life. I manifest something - be it a physical experience, a connection with another human being or an energy that I’d like to receive, and I glue the mind to one picture of how I think it ought to look. Letting go of this has invited an abundance of opportunity into my life, and I’ve learnt to trust what the Universe has in store for me.

* Not being open to receiving -
believe it or not, we are often so closed off to receiving that there is no humanly, or spiritually, possible way for us to receive what we have asked for. You might respond to this by asking, “well, if we are asking for something, doesn’t that automatically mean that we are open to receiving it?” and I can see why you might think that. But the short answer is - absolutely not. The longer answer is that the part of us that asks for the thing that we want is the Ego. It comes from the “I” - “I want to manifest x/y/z into my life” which, in itself, is not an inherently bad thing, but it can keep us from *actually* bringing anything into our life. There may be underlying limiting beliefs that we have still not worked through, gotten to the root of. Even aside of that, we may be acting in ways contradictory to the very notion of Manifestation. You want to be a “successful” person (according to our definition of the word), but you snooze your alarm everyday. You want to create abundance in your life (in the form of monetary wealth), but when you receive any amount of money you feel undeserving of it **(core limiting belief)** and release it all straight away; or you do the opposite and hoard it for fear of losing it. Simply saying that we are open to receiving something, doesn’t make it so. And, given our level of self awareness, we would do better to realise that we know this, already…

Zoe described the process of Manifestation as "rubble meets road", in other words - where action meets surrender. There is a beautifully fine line to be trodden, which we can walk with grace and with curiosity, that ventures into the unknown. If we choose, we can journey with it, rather than resisting what lies along its path. All that we create into our lives - whether consciously or unconsciously manifested - is the product of something that existed before. That could be as simple as manifesting a creative opportunity to collaborate with an artist you admire, that arose because of your deeply engrained belief in yourself, that you have worked on over the years, mixed in with your habit of connecting with new people and creating new connections that could turn into opportunities for collaboration.

This is what I mean when I say that nothing comes out of nowhere.
Literally **no thing** comes from a space of **nothing**.

Let that all sink in; 
maybe you will uncover where you are in fact blocking yourself from receiving what you truly desire, be it trivial, superficial or incredibly deep and meaningful. When you tap into your own energy of creation, you come to realise that it is the same Energy of Creation that the Universe possesses, and you realise that your role as a co-creator in your life and in the world is not by chance.

You realise that everything comes from somewhere, and you have an inextricable part to play in the unfolding of life. Life is, after all, one big Manifestation. Reign your attention inwards; look at the life you are living and your immediate surroundings that are creating your present experience.

It is all a dance between You and the Creator, between the Mundane and the Divine, between your Physical Existence and your Spiritual Essence. 
Dance that line today, and remember to not take an ounce of it seriously!

Nothing Comes Out Of Nowhere - YOU are the Co-creator of Your Life

Nothing Has Been Decided.

During a beautiful conversation with my lovely friend and barista in my local café, she uttered these words with such certainty (somewhat ironic given the title of this broadcast), that I felt them surge through me. They stuck with me, I wrote them down immediately as an email draft once I got home and I still feel them viscerally running through me, streamlining into my blood and anchoring into my Being. Nothing, absolutely nothing, has been decided.

Now, this could go into a whole rabbit hole, debating the concept of free will versus determinism, but I am *ahem*, *determined*, not to make that happen. You see, while we could argue the yes and no’s, the why and why not’s, the certainties and the unknowns of this lifelong debate, I’m here to talk to you about you about something far greater: your destiny.

Your destiny is unknown, that’s exactly it.
If there is a divine power watching your every move, the one enacting those moves, like plays on a chess board, is ***You***. If there is a purpose which you are intended to live up to, it is you that aligns the dominoes, one-by-one, with a few, or a multitude of, mishaps along the way. If there is an ultimate version of you that exists out there, waiting to be tapped into, it is your choices in this Now moment that ensure the raising of your frequency, to ultimately match up to that optimal you that exists. You see, these aren’t simply figments of the imagination. These versions exist already. Call it a parallel Universe, alternate dimensions, a past life; the energy of each imagined version of yourself exists in this life, this dimension, this Universe, ***Now***.

Do you want to spend your time questioning if everything is fixed or if you have any control over the life you live?
Do you want to spend your life wondering what could have happened if you’d have just made one slight alteration to a decision, or whether a seemingly insignificant change could impact the direction your life goes in?
Do you want to spend your days feeling spacey and uneven, unsure of whether you are coming or going, or feeling absolutist in your certainty that this physical reality is the only thing to exist?

I don’t want my cherished moments of breath, of life, to be spent in these ceaseless spaces of existentialism. *I want to cherish* these moments of breath, of life, *by* knowing that there is so much power in my hands that type these words.
I frankly don’t want to spend a single second wasting energy on a single thing that is not within my control; I want to take the reigns of the now; I want to harness the divinity of my own energy; I want to create and curate the aura around me, not sink into the morbidity of the void that appears when I relinquish my unique control over to powers beyond me.
In this life, whether I pray to a God, whether I worship a divinity that has created my life in Their name, whether I live a life of devotion to Source and to Nature in her infinite beauty and wisdom, I want to take full responsibility for my own life.
I don’t wish to give my power away; I don’t care to play the victim to life’s cruel game; I have no intention of wishing away my days and precious, precious moments of breath and of life, because I believe that life is happening *to* me.

***No, no, no.***

What kind of life is this? Is it one that you want to live? This kind of life doesn’t inspire me; it doesn’t make my heart sing; it doesn’t infuse my Soul with the joyful will to live in this body.

What *does* fuel every single one of those things is the knowing that I am full, because everything that I desire exists within the grasps of this moment. The fact of life that I cherish so deeply, as much as those moments of life, of breath, that **No Thing Is Decided**. Not because I want to live up in the air, away from life on Earth and her responsibilities; because I believe, that in order to make the most out of this experience that we’re given, the only life that we truly know of for sure, is to accept my part to play. To accept the free reign that I have been given, that my Soul entered earth-side with.
I accept it. I welcome it. I embrace it.
I pray that I utilise it to the fullness of my expression and that no stone is left unturned as I witness life happening ***around** me, **within** me, **for** me.*

Nothing Has Been Decided... Only You, Do.

Your vulnerability gives others a permission slip to be vulnerable.

Your Soul deeply craves for you to feel everything in its, and your own, fullest. And watching you do just that fills it with pride unimaginable, because it knows, that its expression on this Earth *is* living its fullest potential, by simply leaving no expression behind.

Vulnerability is not something I believe we encourage enough.
You’ve often heard the saying “vulnerability is your strength”; I like to think of it as a ***superpower***. An entity in itself, a portal that carries its own unique energy that manifests things into your life beyond your imagination.

Imagine this: you tap into your vulnerability in any way, shape or form that pertains to your current life situation - perhaps you speak your Truth in a scenario where you are used to hiding your light; maybe you wear your heart on your sleeve and show the emotions that you are currently feeling, rather than bottling them up to save face; you might even express yourself using an art form that you’ve been putting off out of fear for how it might come out.
*In doing this*, you tune into a part of who you are that is fearless.
Remember, that:

> Fearlessness is not the absence of fear. It is the mastery of it.

*In doing this*, you access that future version of you that acknowledges that they are capable of receiving ***because of their vulnerability***, not in spite of it.

Think about it for a moment: who is your future Self? You might want to take some time to journal on this, reflect while you’re going about your day or even sit and meditate upon it for some time.

**What is the energy that your Future Self carries?**
- Is it one of abundance? Is it one that embodies gratitude in every moment of the day? Is it one of confidence, that exudes an essence of certainty in your actions, in the way that you move, the spells that you cast with your words?

All of this powerful energy can be tuned into through the frequency of vulnerability.
When you are open, you are not doing so to portray a false sense of assuredness to the world; you are doing so to *feel* the ripple effect that this choice to be vulnerable has, both in your life and in others’.

I am not here to tell you how to open yourself, but just to remind you that what you are holding within, the light that you are carrying inside and hiding, is something that benefits not only you, but the whole world. Imagine the most influential people in your life and why they hold this level of inspiration for you. Be it your parents’ influence; a mentor who has helped you along the way; a stranger who has spontaneously impacted the course of your life.

Or on a different scale, the figures that have influenced you the most from afar : your favourite author that helped you get lost in fantasy worlds and expand your imagination, or that anchored you into your truest self through personal development.
Maybe you’ve relentlessly watched a series of motivational speeches by a particular person, or you might have always resonated with the wise words of a worldly known Sage.

Think about any or all of these examples - do you think these people got to where they are by being closed, hiding their innate capacity for vulnerability? No way, José. These people got to where they are by confronting the reality of their fear to express themselves, to present who they truly are and to be openly unguarded despite obvious criticism and rebuttal that they would face as a result. **THIS**, is the reason why they inspire you so greatly. It isn’t because of what they’ve achieved in their career, nor because of their personal development accomplishments, not really. These things might be inspiring - of course they are - but it is the vulnerability underneath all of these outer achievements, that allowed them to happen in the first place, and that continues to inspire you and people over the globe.

This is the same vulnerability that you possess inside of you. It’s the same frequency that you can emit; the expression might be different, it might even shift for you with time, depending on the seasons of your life. And the effect that it has is not any less. If your vulnerability impacts a single person, it carries the same vibration as your favourite podcast host, whose episode reaches a million souls. The impact is not any less, it is simply existing in a different form. Energy and its capacity can shapeshift - taking on different forms in one lifetime, and none of that affects its quality of impact. You simply have to trust - trust that what you share, what you radiate, what you express, at the precise moment of doing so, sends a frequency of light out into the ether, the collective Aura of the planet, in the exact way that it is supposed to. It will reach the right amount of people in the right way; it will impact those who you could never have imagined it touching; it will open a portal in the hearts of those who are ready to make a change, be it overt or subtle, known or unknown.

And just remember - people don’t get weirded out by babies crying in public. They do their thing, and it is radically accepted. So it’s about time that we direct the same acceptance towards ourselves and others. Our judgement towards others for their vulnerable expressions are *always* inner reflections of our own fears and limiting beliefs - none of which are “bad”, but powerful invitations to reflect and turn our gaze inwardly to ultimately make positive changes and relinquish those ego-drive belief systems that keep us dragged down and pull us out from under the places we have been hiding, self-protecting.

Your vulnerability is beyond your strength, it ***is* your Superpower**. It is your duty to remember that and do all that you can to enact it and live that expression as much as you possibly can in this lifetime. It will make the quality of your life, your relationships, your connections and interactions *infinitely* better. (You’re just going to have to trust me on this one.)

You Are Here To Feel It All

Namaste everyone !

An apt start to this email because, as promised, this week we’re plunging further into the world of Mantra; if your curiosity has sparked since my last email, this week’s blog is without a doubt for you - let’s uncover how to incorporate Mantra into your own daily practice. 
Even if this is not something you’re considering, this blog will touch a lot on the origins of Mantra - we’ll dive into Yogic Philosophy, unpack the meanings behind some simple yet powerful Mantras (you probably already know some of them!), learning what they truly mean through getting to their roots.

We’ll start with the greeting of this email - *Namaste* !
One I’m sure you’ve heard countless times, but maybe unsure of what it actually means. The word *namaste* itself is a representation of the physical gesture of *namaskar* - an Indian greeting where one places the hands together in prayer in-front of the heart, sometimes bowing the head towards the heart, symbolic of reverence, humility and peace. 
This humble greeting has always seemed incredibly touching to me; it doesn’t really require any words because it serves as a gesture of pure acknowledgement in and of itself; to me, Namaste it’s like saying *“I see you”*, and that is an acknowledgement that instantly floods ones heart with compassion and empathy for the other.
*Namaste* is usually said at the end of a Yoga Asana practice - a reverent bow to the practice, the present moment, the lineage of Yoga and all of the conspiring energies, facilitators, guides and teachers that have brought you to the mat to practice in this way, today.

Another Mantra that is well-known in the world of Kundalini meditation, and one that I recite at the end of my own Meditation practice, is *Sat Nam*.
*SAT* signifying *truth* or *absolute reality*, and *NAM* signifying *name*; together, these words translate to *“I Am Truth”*, or *“Truth is my Essence”*. *Sat Nam* is known as a *Bija (seed) Mantra*, a single syllable sound which activates the Chakras (energetic portals in the body). 
**The unraveling of this Mantra is deeply powerful to me.**

So, to go a little deeper: **“I Am”** is the Mantra relating to the Root Chakra (the first Chakra) - an affirmation that symbolises anchoring, groundedness and connection to the Earth and to the manifestation of physical existence. **Truth** is a spiritual concept relating to the Crown Chakra (the seventh, or final, Chakra in the Human body), a portal related also to connection - this time to our Intuition, our spirituality, Consciousness, divinity, and the essential, indefinable truth of creation.
Thus, when we bridge the gap between the Root and the Crown, we see the merging of **“I Am”** with **“Truth”** - creating the sacred *Sat Nam* Mantra. This is an incredibly powerful connection because it marks the line of energy that runs up our spine, from the very base up to the crown of our heads - otherwise known as *Kundalini Shakti.*

*Kundalini* is often symbolised as a serpent - it represents the latent energy which lies coiled at the base of the spine. 
*Shakti*, in Yoga, is power represented as the Divine Feminine and is believed to connect us to the energy of creation - both within ourselves and outside of us. 
*Together*, they form the central line of energy that runs through our physical and energetic bodies, accompanied by the *Ida (the left energy channel)* and *Pingala (right energy channel)*, situated at either side of the serpent.*****

**(We’ll go more in depth into Kundalini energy in another blog post, but today the focus is on Mantra so we’ll keep it related!)***

On a very base, physical level, this energy can be seen as the energy that holds up our physical body; it keeps us standing, it enables us to walk through life; it holds our Central Nervous System - the brain and spinal chord - which connects us to our basic Human instincts, sensory reception and perception of the world around us, all very necessary things to our survival and thriving as Human Beings.

You’re seeing already how a Mantra as seemingly simply as *Sat Nam*, spoken as a greeting or at the end of a Meditation practice, possesses a world of complexity inside of it, and has the potential to open up so much dormant energy within, no matter how we relate to it.

Finally, I’ll take you on a journey through the Chakras - their Mantras and how you can use them to amplify and balance your internal energy, to improve the quality of your external world. 
Bare in mind that all of these affirmations are *Bija Mantras* - the “Seed” I was talking about earlier, consisting of one syllable, that resonates at the same frequency as the specific Chakras to which it pertains.

1. *Muladhara (Root) Chakra : **LAM (I Am)***; 
resonating at: 396 Hz.
2. *Swadisthana (Sacral) Chakra : **VAM (I Feel)***;
resonating at: 417 Hz.
3. *Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra : **RAM (I Do)***;
resonating at: 528 Hz.
4. *Anahatha (Heart) Chakra : **YAM (I Love)***;
resonating at: 639 Hz.
5. *Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra : **HAM (I Speak)***;
resonating at: 741 Hz.
6. *Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra : **OM (I See)***;
resonating at: 852 Hz.
7. Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra : ***OM MANI PADME HUM (or OM SO HUM) (I Am That, i.e. acknowledging your connection to infinite source)***;
resonating at: 963 Hz. 

SO - there you have it. A great way to infuse these Mantras into your day is to listen to their corresponding Hz frequency and recite the Mantras as you like - aloud or in your mind… You could even create a melody out of them for yourself. An artist that I frequently listen to in my meditation and often play for my Yoga students during Savasana is [Meditative Mind](https://open.spotify.com/artist/1PTLyE54UyxphMo43yaSc7?si=uSXxi2tiQliSqluLXWhbHQ).

Even without a physical Yoga practice, you can infuse a humble *Namaste* into your day, perhaps upon waking, as you give thanks to your body for waking up, to your Soul for coming back into your body, to your physical environment and to the Universe for always having you back. 
*Pssst: this is Yoga, too ! Arguable in its most important form - off the mat ;) .*

And, even without a regular Meditation practice, you can infuse the depth of *Sat Nam* into your day, simply by speaking it at a time that feels particularly resonant to you - perhaps after communing with nature, after a wholesome conversation with a friend or after an acknowledgement of your gratitude.

I hope that this was an interesting experiencing of learning for you, and that the elusive topic of Mantra has now planted a seed of curiosity in your mind, one which you might explore in your own time, in your own way, to find your own peace.

What Is Mantra - Part Two

Mantra… A topic that I truly believe has no end. But it has come to have a profound meaning in my own life recently, one that I feel propelled to share in the hopes that others may discover the magic of Mantra, in a way that feels true to them.

I thought I’d start with the literal definition of the word but, on second thoughts, I think sharing the meaning from my heart, followed by the literal meaning, would serve the purpose of this message deeper.

So - what is Mantra, to me?

> Mantra takes me into another world; one of purity, of certainty, of mystery and of candid beauty. 
> I feel so lucky that I have access to this presence; through my voice; through continual understanding; through intentional expression. It’s a beautiful way to connect to loving energies - whatever is needed in the moment. 
> Whatever invocation asks to be tapped into, it is there for all of us to realise. 
> Whether we sing it or not, it is there, and it isn’t dormant. 
> Mantra is already singing. 
> That’s why, when we come to sing it, we can hear our voices harmonising, atuning, to the collective Voice. Because we’re igniting and sending that energy where it’s needed, and we’re opening ourselves - notably out hearts - up to the natural beauty that lies there. 
> Our focus is - can be - on nowhere else. Even outside of space-time. Our focus IS Here & Now, without concept. 
> And yet we are so connected to our physical body, intertwining it with the Cosmic Body of the Goddess, becoming one with the Soul of the World, and infusing every element of our own Being with the Totality that exists without definition, beyond form. 
> It feels like accessing a beyond, without transcending the present but by plunging deeper into it by extracting the most divine human part of ourselves: our voice. 
> To me, that is beyond beautiful. 
> It’s contentment; it’s bliss; it’s unfaltering knowledge that worry and concept and judgement exist only in the mind, because Here and Now we are experiencing the dissolution of the prior illusion. 
> We are no longer separate. We are One - unified with Existence and its Truth, it’s deep intention for us on this planet. Maybe that is the “Beyond”.

> I just feel light, more “me”, without feeling any type of grandeur. 
> Even here, I feel the illusion of the veil to be gone and I am simply returned into the world in which I began this meditation - anew. 
> That’s it; I am anew. 
> While my body was rejoicing, my heart singing, my Soul was flying - I was being polished; dusted off; purified in a way that has brought out the shine and the glistening of the parts that have perhaps gathered dust and remained untouched. 
> Now they see the light. 
> And I remain - knowing that I travelled no place to “achieve” this, I simply dove into the vast open space around me and explored the Now; in full surrender, without goal. 
> I possessed a simple, single internal knowledge of where I was, of what I was accessing and the sheer potency of it, sans attaching a concept to the fact of its Being. To me, that’s what it truly feels like to become One. And I don’t wish to never leave, because I Am… Already Here.
> And so it is, and so it is, and so it is …

So there we have it: *my* definition of *Mantra*. You can always count on me to jump into the esoteric poetry of a feeling, but when it comes to describing the depth of an energy, one that has been turned into a concept through beliefs, practices and ways of living, a little esotericism is required, n’est pas?

Moving to the definition of the word. The word “mantra” literally translates to “tools of the mind”. *MAN (root: “manas”) = mind and TRA = tool*. Originating from the ancient Sanskrit language, this literal translation can now take on a multitude of meanings, none of which are really right or wrong, they simply pertain to individual experience, each practice and the context in which mantra is used. In my next email I’ll go further into the semantics of it and unpick some specific short mantras and their origins, what they’re used for, but for now we’ll stick to the *feeling*.

What exactly does Mantra invoke in us? Why do we do it? Why do we chant, why do we sing? Why do we affirm these words that we don’t even know the literal translation of a lot of the time?
In my own experience, not understanding the literal meaning of a mantra has been an amazing exercise in letting go of all attachment to uncovering exactly what something means. It allows, at times *forces*, the analytical mind to take a step back, to relinquish control and to enter into a space vaster than its imagination, wherein there *is* no impossibility, only space to explore, to wonder and to wander, and to lean into the discomfort of the *not knowing* and instead sink into the *feeling*.

A teacher of mine while I was studying for my 200-hour Yoga teacher-training, Rohil, shared with us the idea that, whilst we are chanting mantra, the mind is only ever: there. It cannot think of other things; it is so focused on the chanting; on the rhythm, on the sensations arising in the body; on the peace that is slowly sinking into the heart and spreading throughout the entire physical + energetic body. It is almost an oxymoron for the mind: in some ways, it wants to quit, wants to urge you to get back to your routine and tasks and break you out of this strangely magical flow; but it is stuck between a rock and a hard place as, on the other hand, the incredible focus that it has been plummeted into allows the mind a *Drishti* - a focal point, an anchor of concentration, something upon which the mind thrives. Somehow, in some bizarre, incomprehensible way, the mind feels totally and utterly… At peace.

This can then translate into a plethora of areas in our own lives; as we learn to quieten the mind where our thoughts may be overpowering our true capacity and, rather than disregarding it completely, instead placing it into its own corner, where it has a focus of its own and we, the overarching consciousness, remain unaffected. 
As we would give a child toys to play with when they are displaying signs of irritability or being easily distracted, that is similar to what we are doing with the mind; giving it something to focus on while, *at the same time*, softening it. Needless to say, this massively helps us if we suffer with brain fog or getting distracted easily during the day; if we often find ourselves scattering our energies in various places at once, trying to multitask and never finishing one thing before we start the next, and the next, and the next.

If this resonates with you in any way, Mantra may be for you without you knowing it! There are infinite - truly infinite - ways to incorporate Mantra into our own lives and fit it into a practice that suits us and meets us where we are. Though it may feel strange at first, it needn’t be a wildly uncomfortable experience; these are *tools* after all, designed to help us feel more present and content in our daily lives, above all else.

Some ways that you could look into exploring Mantra and seeing how it could work for you, from a beginner’s perspective are:

* **Affirmations** : there is a Mantra pertaining to each Chakra, both in Sanskrit and English, all starting with “I am…” that you can meditate on, or simply speak aloud.
Songs : there are an abundance of Mantra songs on spotify, youtube, that you can listen to either as a meditation, to chant along to or literally to listen to as you go about your day - cleaning, studying, walking or even sleeping.

* **Chanting** : originally Mantras have been chanted - coming from an oral tradition where these incantations were shared via chanting in unison; you could simply chant in the comfort of your own home, using Mala / prayer beads if you have them and that resonates with you, or you could organise a time to chant with friends - perhaps in an open space like a park or in one another’s homes, perhaps creating a sacred and safe setup with trinkets, a makeshift altar or little talismans that make you all feel at home and connected. If you’re feeling up to it, you could even look at joining a local group - often known as Kirtan or Satsang - to chant together; just remember if this is the case, to be open-minded, enter in with an open heart, take what resonates with you and leave what doesn’t. :)

* **Songs** : there are an abundance of Mantra songs on spotify, youtube, that you can listen to either as a meditation, to chant along to or literally to listen to as you go about your day - cleaning, studying, walking or even sleeping.
 
* **Meditation** : there are many guided meditation apps that incorporate Mantra - whether it is in the form of chanting, listening, repeating aloud or in one’s head or music. A creator that I adore, Erika, has her own app and podcast called Evolve, which centre around Kundalini breathwork, guided meditation and Mantra; you can find her Instagram [here](https://www.instagram.com/inkale.exkale/).

What Is Mantra?

Meditation for me is a practice. A practice that moves in waves; that fluctuates and brings me exactly what I need at exactly the time my Soul is calling for it. 

Recently, I have found my practice leading me into a place of deep prayer. 
I'm finding that my life seems to replicate the aura of a meditative practice; as I wake up in the morning I crave the presence of silence as I witness the Sun rise over the buildings; I long to feel the bliss of the quiet, morning air as I fold the laundry of the night before; I wake up excited to experience the serenity of a day before the world awakes.

I say meditation is seasonal because often we have this idea that our practice must be rigid. But I have come to learn that there is a stark difference between discipline and force. The former I see as synonymous to having an unwavering committment to oneself; within that comes the knowledge that the way this committment plays out is not stagnant. It will flow with us through life and vary through our seasons, our emotional waves, our life's circumstances and what we **need.** 
And, in truth, we seldom really ask ourselves in any given moment, what it is that we truly, honestly, ***need.***

Since I began to accept the natural ebbs and flows of my meditation practice and how, when I let go of attachment to how my daily practice "should" look like, I feel like a flower that has been trying to bloom for so long, finally opening up to the unknown around her, trusting that the outside world will give me the nutrients that I need to continue to thrive.
And that's what so much of it is about: releasing control to an idea that we have conceived in our head and watching as something else, perhaps uncomfortable, perhaps unexpected, *blooms*.

An example of this acceptance of change in my own life is the shift between August and September. During the month of August the desire to go DEEP in my meditation practice was fervent. I had this itching in my bones, from the moment I opened my eyes, to sink into a deep, meditative practice and witness what comes up. I was craving a sense of discomfort, to see where an hour of profundity could take me and I can safely say that I got everything I needed, and nothing that I'd anticipated.

This month, however, I've born witness to a new side of me: of integration. At first this was extremely uncomfortable; I racked my brain to try and comprehend why I wasn't feeling the depth of last month; grappling to understand why I didn't feel, deep down, the ignition of August that brought me to my mat for 45 minutes to an hour each day. Once I realised that I was not resisting my practice, the reality set in... 
I remembered that *this*, too, is an intrinsic part of my practice and where I am being lead.

And **so** much has come through for me during this time, the moment that I surrendered to what is right now.
*September is the 9th month of the year; in numerology, the number 9 is significant of renewal, rebirth, transformation, doors closing and new beginnings.*
I have been embracing this period of integration and trusting fully in the process. 
It's enabled me to awake with excitement; to make my morning elixirs and place them on my windowsill as the energy of the morning Sun embeds itself into their nutrients; to meditate with my eyes open and experience gratitude with every step that I take as I walk through my morning; it's enabled me to understand that meditation is seasonal, and so much more than sitting, eyes closed, hours on end, *just because* that's what it ought to look like. 

These moments of sheer presence are meditation. My life is a meditation. Meditation is truly not constricted to what you do *on the mat*, but is reflected in the integration process that happens in your daily life. And that is what I'm experiencing ***in*** the very crux of my morning practice, now.

Ultimately, meditation is a Human construct designed to connect us deeper with our Souls. Perhaps the goal, after all of this practice, is, *in fact*, to be able to bring it into our lives, to the point where we no longer need the practice, because our life is a pure embodiment of it, and we are able to embrace present moment for what it is, as we are.

So if your practice is in the midst of an ebb or flow; if you're unsure of where it's leading you; if ***you*** are in the middle of a seasonal shift, allow your meditation practice to guide you. Be open to surprise and try your very best to relinquish the judgement that may come when you arrive at your destination. This is where your practice truly happens. This is where it is up to you - to put *your* learnings from your practice, *into practice*.

Meditation Is Seasonal... Here's Why

I used to use my Yoga practice to transcend my experience.
And it worked, for a while.

You see, I first found the practice of Yoga in my University days - I was anxious and overwhelmed, and Yoga presented itself to me in the form of 15 and 20 minute videos on YouTube, courtesy of [Yoga With Adriene](https://www.youtube.com/@yogawithadriene) (who I still practice with on the online mat to this day). 

But ***my*** Yoga practice became just that - something with which I heavily identified.
As I grew spiritually, and my relationships expanded, I was confronted with unhealed trauma that I had no idea was a part of my story. I had no idea because I needed to do the mental health work first. I needed to release the attachment to my sense of self as a moody, anxious teenager, become a woman in my early 20s obsessed with self development and personal growth, and I needed to be thrust into the depths of my own unhealed wounds in order to realise what this practice would really mean for me in years to come.

This post isn't about the trauma that I went through to be here speaking as I am, with you, *Soul-to-Soul*, today. It's an ode to the version of me who desperately needed Yoga to take her beyond herself and into other realms. It's an ode to the version of me who longed to feel connected in her body, to her Soul, when her actions and life circumstances seemed so far removed from that Truth she knew deep down, but didn't know how to access. It's an ode to the version of me who craved a clutch to take her from this world into another. **And I am so grateful that that came in the form of Yoga.**

But as I come off of a late-night practice, feeling rested and at ease in my body, and equally elated, buzzing with energy that I know will embed itself into my cells as they regenerate overnight, I am met with the eye-opening realisation that *this* is what my Yoga practice has lead me to. 
Yoga is no longer an experience of transcension; it's a visit into the depth of the Present Moment so profund, that it ***feels*** like I am entering into a space beyond, when, really, I am just exploring the vastness of the Eternal Now.
My Yoga practice comes to me so that I can get off of my mat and dance, feeling the lightness of my hips move in time to the music playing in my head; so that I can witness the joy accessible in each and every in-between; so that I can see colours that had faded into a single shade. This practice is a reminder. It is a return. It is the act of taking my glasses off, putting them to the side and *stepping aside, into my body and into Union with my breath*, in order to return and find them dusted, polished and clear. 

Yoga fills my Heart up to the brim; I witness myself using words like "my" when referring to the pertinence of the Practice in my Life and I laugh with humility, knowing that my Human brain cannot conceive a life of non-attachment, and that is perfectly okay, because "my" Awareness supersedes the attempts of my Human nature. 
And so I can live in tandem with the two; in the midst of it all. In the knowledge that Yoga is bringing me into the gaps of unbridled Joy that lie in the vast openness of each moment. Knowing that the laughter I feel bubbling within me is never-ending, and that my mind can wonder eternally about the perplexities of this Human Experience, while I live it fully - *dancing*, *laughing*, *being*, *making and being a pure embodiment of Eternal Love* - knowing that I don't have to transcend it at all.

In other words, this is what My Yoga Practice has always been for.

A Yogi Journey - Closing the Door to Ascension and Welcoming the Now

You may not (or if you know me you definitely, absolutely do) know that I am the crankiest person alive in two scenarios: when I am hungry and when I haven’t yet meditated. The former I always excuse with “being too connected to my body’s hunger cues and balanced within my hormones”, but it doesn’t really excuse the tornado that often ensues as a result.

The latter is something else entirely. Meditation is a practice that keeps me stable. It is my anchor in times of trial, and also when things are running as smooth as ice. Now, whilst I may not be able to excuse the level of crankiness that emits from me when I rise before meditating, I can tell you why this might be the case, and how Meditation is such a pivotal tool in helping this.

**Let’s start with the physiological side of things;**
Our cortisol levels are sky high first thing in the morning. We awake with an elevated level of the major stress-hormone produced in our body and our instincts (or rather, conditioning) veer us toward reaching for the stimulants that spike our dopamine and, over the course of the morning, hurl us into a state of reactivity, vitally unaware of how we are reacting, vitally unaware of the world around us and our surroundings. When we are in a heightened state of reactivity, we activate the *fight, flight or freeze* response in our bodies. Our primal instincts kick in and our whole entire being thinks we are fighting for our life. 
*Remember, our brain doesn’t actually perceive the difference between something that’s **actually** happening, and an imagined threat. 

**So, how does that affect our mental state?**
Well, in this state of being, our Nervous System becomes dis-regulated and we might start feeling less than stable. Without having a solid practice to regulate our emotions and stress-levels, particularly as we are far more susceptible to these amplified energies first thing in the rising, we give way for a million-and-one things to run array inside of our minds. Our mental scope becomes scattered; we are placing our energy and attention in too many baskets and we lose focus. Clearly, this doesn’t set the best tone for the day to come. Outside of these immediate detrimental effects, the long-term effects produced throughout the day will include vastly lacking in clarity, severe brain fogginess and inability to concentrate or place our attention on any one thing; as a result, stress levels in the body are continuously drip-fed to us throughout the day and we are essentially running on adrenaline to keep us going. 

**What does this mean on Spiritual / Consciousness level?**
When our energy is scattered in this way, needless to say we become disconnected from ourselves and our bodies. We cease to listen to the vital cues that our body sends us constantly throughout the day (and while this may just seem like one day, the habits we implement - good or bad - into our day are what make up our *dayS*, and have consequences on how we feel in the long run) and we condition our minds and energy to live in a state of unawareness. To the point where we don’t even *know* what our bodies are telling us, because we have become so far removed from their needs and how that impacts us. 

Operating from this place, we lose touch with our Intuition - the light that guides us to our highest form of decision-making; the part of us that enables us to listen to our Heart with every move that we make, and connects our bodies so deeply and intrinsically to our Spirit. 

So you might think that meditating as you awake is futile. That taking the time to *breathe* before you **do** is unproductive; that you don’t “need” to prioritise peace at the beginning of your day, because you are fine with the way you run things. But to that I ask you - do you want to be just *fine* your entire life? Do you want an abnormally elevated, hormonally imbalanced state to **be your norm**, to the point where you are unaware that whilst it is common that doesn’t make it normal? Do you want to go though life on auto-pilot, or do you want to open up to the magic that can be brought into the mundane - that, perhaps, is already there? There is only one way to find out.

Go forth & meditate; whether it’s 30 minutes of sheer transcendence, 10 minutes of deep breathing or 3 minutes of visceral sighs - your Soul will thank you for it. And your mind and body just (definitely, absolutely), ‘might’, too.

Don't Talk To Me Before I've Meditated... (unless you want to know why you should be, too)

This is a reminder that Nature, in all Her infinite wisdom, will never hold you back.
When you feel yourself being dragged down, unsure of how to tune into the potential that you so deeply know lies within you. When its dormancy stirs a fear within you - that, once awakened, this potential won't know how to express itself because you have coexisted side by side in a state of disconnection for some time.
When you feel any and all of this, remember that you Are Nature. And nature is infinite. She doesn't judge. She knows no concept of linear time. She is fearless and still simultaneously; courageously soft - a true Humble Warrior. 

When you look out at the Sea and bare witness to its equanimity, you don't question how it could be so chaotic and so serene all at once. You simply embrace its nature, as she does her own, and witness it with sheer awe as it crescendos into stillness, only to rise back up once more with the ferocity of a hurricane. 
When the Earth cries out in stormy thunder, in rumbling anguish, out for destruction, you trust that she is resetting herself, so that a better foundation can be laid for us to walk the Earth as though it is anew. 
When the wind screams and hurtles towards us, leaving us breathlessly chilled, we never dream of questioning its authority - of invalidating its anger - because the buzz that encircles our entire aura thereafter is like no other.

We never put Nature into the interrogation room, because she knows that she is wild, and in her wilderness she is valid, and in her validity she finds an order that only the Divine could explain.

Isn't it time that we begin to view our own life and expression in this same way?
After all, it is from Mother Nature we come, and to Her we will return; so, when she invites us to step into Her embrace and thus into the Lightness of our Being, the very least we owe it to Her, and to Ourselves, to do, is Listen.

Nature will never hold you back, so why do you?

The Sun, The Sand, The Sea & The Sky Are Infinite...(and so are you)

Virgo is calling you to ground as the Full Moon settles her energy into our own.

I personally feel that the mix between earthy, steadfast Virgo and flowy Pisces is a dream incarnated into reality, one that we have the power over acting upon, whether that be in the big, wide, outside world, or to keep the secrets that we hold to our own magic within, and sit with the child-like experience a little longer.

Here are some things to note about this Full Moon:

    You may feel a pull towards practices that ground you and make you feel steady and rooted. 

This is the perfect time to **restablish your connection** to your Root Chakra.
Now is an amazing time to **reconnect** to those opening belief systems that keep you **rooted** in your sense of Self and who you are, in what you want and in the practices that keep you grounded and feeling safe.

Ask yourself:

*In what areas of my life do I currently feel the need to struggle in order to survive, and where do I still believe that I must struggle before I can truly Thrive?

Where am I blocking myself from receiving?
How can I create space internally, for things to come to me with more ease?

What can I do to feel more safe within my body, my mind and my surroundings? How can I reflect that in my environment (more)?*

Somatic practices to connect to during this time:

*     *Ujjayi* breathing ;
    place your hand in-front of your face and take a deep breath in. Imagine on the exhale that you are breathing on a car window on a frosty day to draw a picture on it. As you continue this breath, begin to emanate that same sound with your mouth closed; this looks like the tongue at the roof of your mouth, creating the sound with a soft restriction at the back of your throat when you exhale.

*     Grounding visualisation ;
    sit with your feet planted on the floor and close your eyes. Immediately visualise a thread beginning at the very base of your spine, elongating all throughout your spinal chord, through your torso, expanding into your chest, opening through your throat and extending out of your Crown. Envision the base of your spine as the roots of a tree; with each inhale these roots sink deeper into the ground and with every exhale they equally soften as they become more at ease in their space.
    Continuing with this breath: as you inhale, allow your spine to lengthen and imagine this thread pulling you up from the very top of your head; if you feel called, lean into this ***energetic resistance*** between the lengthening and opening, and the deep grounding and contracting.

    Pisces lingering in the air might be tugging at you to not lose sight of your dreams. Whether this is on a large or small scale, or both, take note of how it makes you feel and any resistance you have to listen to this calling.

Ask yourself:

*How can I release control of this Present Moment, and allow myself to be lead?

Where do I feel blocked in my life currently? Is it a mental or emotional blockage? Physical or financial? Spiritual? In what way are my belief systems adding to this blockage? What can I do now to surrender to it now that I have identified it? Where can I go from here to release it fully?
(Extra: What is it teaching me about how I view the world and myself within it?)

How can I marry Action with Surrender?
Where can I embrace ease and let it come to me, knowing that I am safe, rooted and established in all that I have already created for myself?*

Somatic practices to connect to during this time:

    i definitely made this name up, but that doesn’t make it any less effective…
    sit in a comfortable, meditative seat and commit to closing your eyes, listening exclusively to the sound of your breath and don’t decide where it ends. What I love about this meditation is that it has no rules; you could be breathing continuously for five-minutes straight and the World could reveal all of her secrets to you, or you could let the tide carry you away and awake to find yourself on the shore of your own Consciousness, 40-minutes down the line, potentially unsure of whether you are coming or going.. The aim of this breath is to connect so deeply to your Intuition, that beaming, radiant and exhalted version of You who always knows what to do, who knows when to begin and when to end and who trusts themselves so deeply, their faith becomes unshakable.
    Try this.
    Put your Ego aside and lean into your deepest Self.
    What happens when you allow deep, unwavering Trust to take the lead, knowing that this is the foundation that will set you up to believe more greatly in your own potential? Simply by listening to that innate Intuitive voice and promising yourself, that just for this once, you will not decide where it ends.
   * Trust me*, time will vanish from the equation here, so whatever you need, trust that you need it.

*     free flowing ;
    i know that this isn’t for everyone, but if you feel like carving out just ten minutes to roll out your mat if you have one, put on some music that makes you feel connected **in** your body, and let your body flow without judgement or constriction, you may be surprsised at where it takes you. Pair this dance of Surrender with a grounding exercise that makes you feel somewhat guided and more able to lean into the uncertainty that you may feel at the beginning. As I said, rolling out your mat lets your body know that you are about to begin a practice; putting on music sets your body up for sommatic release. As simple as these actions are, setting up your space in a way that roots you and feels logical, giving the brain a direction to follow, it takes the fear out of it. Because that’s all it really is; even writing that, it seems silly that we would feel fearful about simply being with our bodies and letting them move to the tune of their own natural rhythm, but the Ego brings us into a fear-state when we choose to face these new ways of practicing because the unknown is resembled in-front of us. But when that unknown is just us, and we can find ways to ground down into it, it suddenly becomes a lot less scary.

The thing that I love the most about this Full Moon is the polarity of energies coming together to work for us. We seldom equate rootedness and a steady pace of life to a free-spirited nature, but this is exactly where we find ourselves here. I feel that the Universe is showing us how easy it can be, to work with the polarities within our own selves and sit back and observe as they dance without interruption, in awe because we once thought that they could never be in flow.

We are being shown that they can.
We have just been shown that they can.

It is time for us to step up, to Let Go and Let God. To release control of mimicking the outcomes of every single thing that we plan and, instead, connect deep to what we know to be True, to all that we have learned up until this point, to our true values, opening belief systems, and to ground ourselves into OUR Truth, to sink into our ROOTS and tie ourselves to them, knowing that there is no possibility of them ever coming undone, because they represent such a solid foundation and internal structure: unbreakable.

Full Moon, Full Heart

Since I was young, I always knew that my voice was a portal to a deeper expression of myself. My passions for self-expression showed themselves through my love for the dramatic arts - theatre, peforming and singing. Nowadays those childhood passions of mine have taken a backseat, but in the last two years, and as I began working with my own coach seeking to uncover my Soul purpose and find my *dharma*, I discovered that a huge part of integrating the things about which I am passionate and that light my Soul on fire, with my purpose as a coach and healer, was using my voice to **speak my Truth**, like I had never done before.

Opening this door allowed me to see before me the plethora of opportunity that lay for me ahead, that I had ignited with the equally simple, hugely daunting and life-changing act of opening my Throat Chakra and letting my voice, *my True Voice*, be physically and energetically ***heard***.

This podcast is, for me, a complete safe haven; a place where I can explore the depth of this human experience and merge it into lightness; where I can disect deeply esoteric concepts and transform them into digestible and comprehensible segments of information; moreover, is a place where nothing other than Truth is spoken, and it is for that reason that the mere creation of it gave way to a lightness to flood my entire Being.

Kundalini represents the powerful coiled energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. When we connect to this energy and begin to unravel it, we activate our full body + being intertwined. We use Kundalini breathwork to either bring the mind + body into a state of total bliss and calm, or to activate our senses and bring energy into the body. Either way, in this 30-minute guided meditation, we use the breath to intentionally awaken the Kundalini energy from its latent state. We use the breath to intentionally guide that energy from Root to Crown, connecting to the Vagus Nerve and thus bringing the central nervous system back into complete balance. This form of meditation can be quite intense, because we are activating the most powerful energy that we possess, that has a tendency to remain dormant in day-to-day life; however, it is also the most **impactful** **when it comes to making meaningul, long-lasting change** in life and truly connecting to and acting upon the potential that lies inside of us. The best form of meditation to truly come out of the mind completely and go beyond its limitations, while making you feel like you are in the driver's seat.

Kundalini represents the powerful coiled energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. When we connect to this energy and begin to unravel it, we activate our full body + being intertwined.  In this 45-minute long Yoga practice, we explore a series of *Kriyas* (sequences to attain a specific outcome) through dynamic movement and breath alignment. The primary focus in a Kundalini Yoga session is to stimulate circulation and awaken energy in the body, with a specific focus on movement in the spine, from root to crown. The aim is to come out of our comfort zone and out of the mind, so that we can go **beyond** it, however that resonates with you. Unlike other forms of Yoga, we tend to stay seated in Kundalini, in order to keep the energetic line running up & down the spine smoothly, in order to **feel the difference **as we move through the practice**. It can be quite a potent practice, so ends with a 10-minute integration in Savasana.

In this first session together we will take inventory of where you are right now and begin our movement practice with gentleness and compassion, to understand what you need from this practice.

In session 2, we'll start getting into the grips of how your body is speaking to you specifically to understand what is being stored within your body, where, and how to move it through.

In our third session together we'll work on unblocking the energetic portals in the body in order to create space and allow new, light, healed energy to enter in.

In the last session of the 4 week programme, you will connect to your inner strength to bring about healing from the inside-out.

At this halfway mark, we'll go back to the fundamentals of the practice. The intention here is to observe where you are right now on your journey, without comparing it to anything that came before, and what you need going forward

Now we'll begin to hold space for any residual energy in your body - whether that be linked to previous blockages that you have been working through, or if this newfound awareness and connection through practice has brought something else to the surface. We'll work with the body to continually move this energy through.

In session 7, you begin to open up deeper as you lean more into discomfort and create even more space internally.

As we wrap up the 8 weeks together, we'll integrate this newfound bodily and energetic awareness with one final movement session, lead by you, (don't be intimidated by this! After eight weeks, I promise you that you are more than capable and will surprise yourself undoubtedly) as we solidify the strength that has been created, and accessed, in mind and body.

With one 40-minute session per week, we'll learn how the breath is the anchor to our entire lives; how we use and control our breath dictates the quality of our lives - our abiltiies to manage stressful environments and navigate all circumstances we are faced with. In each session we will learn a new breathwork technique and the ways in which each one specifically affects different areas of the brain and body, and aid in bringing the nervous system into a balanced state, eleviating our natural stress response. This programme is designed to increase your overall quality of life and enable you to take control over how you respond to situations in your life, rather than feeling out of control. This 45 minute-long practice brings the power of Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy into one. In the former, we explore the state between sleep and wakefulness; using visualisation techniques and healing sounds to access a place of deep relaxation. In the latter, I guide you through a meditation designed to tune into the subconscious mind, priming the brain for rewiring. During this session there is nothing to "do" but completely let go; release in order to reprogramme. While remaining awake and Conscious, unlike classical Meditation this practice takes you out of both the mind and body and into a deeper state of surrender, where the brain is in prime position to decondition its known beliefs, habits, thoughts and patterns and create new ones. We simply must get out of the way for a short while.                                                                   *An optional 20 minute discovery call is available prior for a more tailored experience. Each month I guide participants through a complete Ceremony, tuned to the energy of each Lunar Cycle, leaving us in alignment to receive our manifestations, our energetic field clear to release all that we no longer need. 

During a Full Moon the focus is more on releasing, letting go and surrendering, whilst on a New Moon the focus shifts to creation, manifestation and expansion. While there is no “right or wrong”, you can be as intuitive with you like with these rubrics and really tailor the sessions towards your current needs and specific desires.

Through guided Meditation, Visualisation and group journalling we work through limiting beliefs that may be holding us back or posing blockages in our lives.

The structure of the ceremony begins with a grounding Meditation or breath work practice to settle into the space and set Intentions. 
 We then go onto our journaling practice; where I give you several journal prompts relating to the themes of this Full Moon. Through journalling we gain access to the subconscious mind in a unique way; as we become the observer of our innermost thoughts, we allow our unconscious patterns, behaviours and belief systems come to the surface so that we can work through and ultimately overcome them and create new, expansive ones. 

Following this, we enter into either a releasing or manifestation ritual. These rituals are often creative - using either writing, art or some form of movement (such as Yoga, Qi Gong or intuitive dance) to allow the energy of all that we are letting go to flow through us, as we intentionally create space for newness what we desire to enter in. 

To end, we simply relax. Carving out a quarter of our time together to lay down and be guided through a Yoga Nidra session. In Yoga Nidra we enter into the state between sleep and wakefulness. Accompanied by binaural beats and healing sound baths, the focus is full body relaxation, complete surrender and calming the nervous system, in order to integrate the practices of the ceremony.

Each ceremony lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

Yin Yoga is a form of Yoga based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, wherein the focus is on finding a meditative state while holding postures at about a 40% of the participant's maximum, that open up the body - namely the hips, upper back and heart - cleanse the internal organs, release tension and bring you into a state of total surrender and ease. 
It is the only form of Yoga or movement that connects to the fascia - the deep tissue of the body - in such a way that promotes complete release in these areas and truly enhances flexibility on a deep, anatomical level.
In our 60-90 minute session together, we will target areas of the body that are a priority to you (or focus on a full  body approach) and bring all of these elements of Yin Yoga together to calm the whole central nervous system and leave you feeling calm and connected.

In this session, you'll identify where your self-care may be lacking and why and curating some practices and rituals that help you let go of attachment to outcome, rest and surrender and fill up your cup.

Self-care and Mindfulness

Learning which belief systems you have been carrying with you that are causing you to remain stuck and unable to move forward. Using techniques we have learned thus far to unlearn old, conditioned patterns and reprogram the subconscious mind to support our goals and align with where we want to be, rather than remaining trapped in the past.

Rewiring Limiting Beliefs

This week is focused on soaking up the nutrients of what we have explored thus far. We’ll lean into surrender with a guided visualisation meditation, focused on your specific experience in the programme, that will help you clear your energy field and integrate your learnings as you navigate the rest of your journey on your own. We’ll also focus again (as in week 1) on intention setting and i’ll teach you how to protect your own energy field.

Energetic Healing
